Fantastic guide, excellent tour of the wild horses, great family trip! - Sunny was our guide and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the land, laws, and horses, and was so personable. She got us close (but in a safe, legal distance) to the horses, and ensured we got a family photo together! Can’t imagine a better experience.

Vacation 2023 - The ride was great. Our guide, Steve. Was Awesome. He gave great information about the area and the horses. Our tour was after alot of rain in the area so the horses were not real active and stayed far in the background. So if you go be sure to take binoculars or a professional camera because the phone camera doesn't take good pictures that far away. We did seen quite a few Prong Horns. Beautiful animals. We had a great time and had a great tour guide. Thank you for having this tour service.

Thanks for the experience of a lifetime - Jared was a terrific guide - knowledgeable about the horses and the habitat. What a thrill to see the horses in the wild and the beautiful topography of the area.

A must do - This is a must do. My family and I enjoyed this tour very much. Besides seeing the wild mustangs we saw a bunch of antelope. My two daughters and my wife won’t stop talking about it. We recommend

WOW - Sorry for the late review. Camped in Yellowstone so we didn’t have any service. But took a morning tour of the Mustangs on the 23 of May. I’m not the kind of person that does reviews very often but this tour was Great. I got to see three different herds or Bands as our Guide explained. It was amazing to see wild horses for the first time. Our guide Showed up wearing a black cowboy hat that just add to the presentation of the tour the young man gave so much information I felt like my head was going to burst. We saw two horses close to the road but for our safety (our guide told us we had to stay 300 feet away from them) since we were closer than that, we stayed in the van and drove by slow. I got good pictures as you can see. The when we were far enough away we stopped and got out. I was glad to hear that the horses were left alone for the most part to be as wild as they possibly could be. Only thing That could have been better is the van was old and falling apart. But I would definitely would go again.

Underwhelming, to say the least - Wasn’t worth the $315 for my family of 4! Saw a few horses but mostly 4 wheeled through the desert trying to get closer to no avail.

Don't waste your money - The guide was not very knowledgeable about the horses. He had to change a tire on the vehicle while we were Viewing the horses. Hey crowded too many people into the Van. There were enough seatbelts but 3 of the ladies were overweight so it was crowded.

Meh - Just the facts- Tour was to start at 8:30. I called company at 8:30 as building was locked and unattended. I was informed tours were now beginning later at 9:00 and that not everyone had been called to update plan. The land the horses are on are open to the public. The herd was visible from the highway, just had to pull into the land management drive. Private vehicles can take any road in the managed area, commercial vehicles (ie tour) cannot and are bound to certain ones. Tour vehicle was a regular old Ford passenger van...without working a/c. There are signs that tell you how close you can get to horses. The roads in the management area did have some bigger ruts, there are cacti, and we were told rattlesnakes. My opinion- If you have any sort of vehicle with some clearance and mild sense of adventure, take yourself and save a boatload of money. You’ll probably even have a/c. If you enjoy a little info from the guide, have a car, or just don’t feel like driving yourself then this might be enjoyable for you. Either way, the horses were fun to watch and worth the trip out of Cody.

Big waste of money! - Don’t waste your money. Guide did not know where horses were. Drive off road to very bumpy area. Horses were miles away! We could have used our own car to do this.

Guide never showed up! - We were looking forward to viewing the wild mustangs. Unfortunately, our guide never showed up and didn’t call us to explain why. Very disappointing.
