Ollantaytambo - We shall depart in the direction of Quillabamba. This section of the trip takes approximately four and a half hours. We will pass through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The highest point of our journey will be Malaga (approximately 4,316 meters above sea level).
Zoo Echarati - Around 2 pm, we will arrive at the farm in Echarate where you will be given a tour of the plantation by Carlos Valer Delgado an expert agronomic engineer who dedicated his life to fruits. You shall taste all the fruits he has available and experience all the processes of making chocolate from the bud to the paste.
