Was a bit hesitant at... - Was a bit hesitant at first just off the reviews but everything turned out smoothly. You have to meet them outside the gates outside of the port it’s a little sketchy walk at first but you will find all the golf carts right outside the gate. Great experience

Interesting Experience - Watkins was there on time and met us with the golf cart just outside of the gate. The person who met us said he tried to call me because we were delayed in disembarking, but I did not get that call. Could have been due to wifi or some other issue with international calls. He waited and met us anyway and was very friendly. As we left, one of our bags fell off the cart but we didn't see it. The Watkins employee followed us in a car and returned it, and we were grateful for that.The golf cart was not new but did get us around all the way to the lighthouse and back. The seat got uncomfortably hot as we drove at full speed so we had to slow down and take frequent stops, but that was also nice since we saw a lot of interesting things. Our best stop was at a bar called the Sandbar. The food was a bit pricey and quite frankly sketchy, but the drinks were cold and reasonably priced. The location had a beautiful beach and was a definite find.

Grand Turk Golf Cart rental - Trevor from Watkins Golf cart Rental was great to work with, we had a very fun day! Would rent from them again.

Renting a golf cart on Grand Turk. - Being able to go where you want to go and not follow a group was wonderful. The only problem we had is, was it could have gone a little faster and not putt putt, especially uphill. You can pick and choose where you want to eat. Had lots of laughs.

Cancel golf cart after paid ahead. - Unfortunately, I had poor experience. When we arrived at pick up place we found out golf cart canceled. They did get us another one, however had to pay cash. Was also over charged. We were charged the same price for 6 seater (which was what I paid at booking). We received 4 seater and had to pay the price.

Try a different company… - There are no signs to direct you to the correct golf cart company. Once outside of the cruise area gate, there is just a line of golf carts with people not willing to help! To begin, the golf cart was in bad condition. The steering was horribly off, the brakes weren’t very good and the gas gauge didn’t work! When picking up the golf cart, I was asked if I wanted to refill the gas or pay them $10 to refill and I asked if it was a full tank and they said the gauge didn’t work and I could check if I wanted to. I would not recommend renting from this company. I didn’t have high expectations, but it didn’t even meet my lowered expectations! On a positive note, they did give us a map.

The cart was very worn! ... - The cart was very worn! No muffler! We had a flat tire and had to have Trevor come to replace the tire which took away from our time exploring the island. The cart we were given was not what was advertised.

Bait and Switch - Golf cart was not the utv cart pictured on site I rented from. Cart we got had some miles and use on it. No side mirrors, scraped knee on turn signal clamp. Also muffler was shot very loud my wife's apple watch warnerd about sound being too loud. On a whim decided to check gas, seat was not on hinges and gas was completely empty. Barely made it to nearest gas station and this side trip cost me about an hour of time on Grand Turk and 20 bucks for gas. Also company is just outside gate of cruise terminal. not far unless you have bad. there was some nicer newer carts from other providers. Also you can not take your cart rented outside port to drop off items or people.

Do not use Watkins! - Did not show, did not call and cancel and have not refunded my payment made in full! Should not be an option to rent from them! Take them off Trip Advisor Viator!
