My mistake and they corrected it! - I made a mistake on the time I wanted to do my excursion. At the last minute they switched me to another excursion that was slightly more expensive and didn’t charge us the difference. We had a great time and learned a lot about the island. We were treated to an authentic local lunch.

Detailed adventure!! - Albert was our driver and he met us timely with the air conditioned van which was a necessity in the GT heat. His tour details and island history was excellent.

Bamboozled! - This is a total hustle! I paid my 150 bucks and when it came time for the trip the ANC Taxi folks said that I never booked. Viator and my bank both confirmed that I paid and confirmed. I was really anticipating this as a student of history. Sorely disappointed and a stain on my trip. Do not do business with ANC Taxi.
