Great way to explore the island - MaxKart golf carts were a great way to explore the island of grand Turk. Family and I had a great time. You had to walk about 15 mins right outside the port gate to pick up the golf cart. But MaxKart was about 30 dollars cheaper than the golf carts parked at the port. So it was worth the walk. Golf cart ran fine and had no problems.

Ride away - Super easy process will do again! Pay fri gas at end or fill up. The whole island trip was enjoyable.

Cruise ship cancelled stop. Our payment was refunded. - Our cruise ship cancelled our port stop due to rough seas. I worried that I was still going to have to pay, but I called and they refunded our payment even though it was after the 24 hour deadline.

Fun, relaxing experience - Easy process! Employees were very friendly and I appreciated their kindness! I enjoyed riding around grand Turk with my 10 year old son (cloudy, light rain and all!)

Great island experience - I would have rated this as a five star but the golf cart we were given had two slick tires on the front and we had a blow out wasted over an hour getting another one that was much better. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing it at our own pace. Will try again next time

Not honest - When we picked up our cart, we were told refueling options…refill ourselves or pay them $7-$10, “no more than $10). We were out less than 1 1/2 hours. We did not feel safe refueling at the station, so we took the cart back and decided to pay the attendant. When we got back, we were told $10-$15 for the fuel. This was by the same person that previously told us $7-$10. Don’t appreciate the change in price!! Probably will use somewhere else next time.

Slow cart - Our golf cart was so slow we were being passed by other golf carts. I doubt its top speed was more than 20 mph. We only stayed out a couple of hours. There is not much happening in Grand Turk. Lots of donkeys and lots of donkey poop is about all we saw. We finally made it out to the lighthouse but not much to see there. We hit Jack’s Shack for a drink on the way back and it seems to be the most happening place on the Island. Would not leave the cruise port next time

Electric charge for gasoline - We rent Electric vehicle. The company give for us gas vehicle. We pay everything but they charge extra 10 dollars for gasoline. I understand we have to pay for that but we pay for electric car.

DO NOT RENT FROM MAX KART - We rented 2 golf carts on May 24th. The one 4 seater was okay to begin with, we went all the way to the lighthouse and on the way back the cart was backfiring and even with my foot on the gas pedal it would just putter along. When we finally arrived back at MaxKart we told them what happened. They did not have any other rentals. Spoke with the Supervisor and he asked us we didn't call him prior to returning the cart. We just wanted to get back. Ask for a refund and was told no since we did not phone him on the way back. The other cart was a 6passeger and that one was very slow and hard to turn the wheel. I would pay the extra money and go somewhere else. DO NOT RENT FROM MAX KART !!!!!

Long walk off the port and beat up carts!!! - Long walk from the ship and needed to leave the port to find "MaxKart". Golf cart are beat up and old. Some have roofs that cover the backseat and some don't witch makes your back passage will melt in the sun!!!
