Worth every penny - Worth every penny. Next visit to Grand Turk will definitely look up the company to rent again. Very courteous and professional. The golf cart was in good shape and handled well. They made us feel welcomed. What a wonderful way to see the island.

Freedom of the entire island 🏝!! - Great experience worth every penny. Got to explore the entire island and saw lots of wildlife. Would do it again!

Great experience! - Having the golf cart for the day was an awesome way to travel. The pick up location was easy to find. Our cart didn’t go very fast compared to others but the other people on the road didn’t seem to mind going around us.

Golf Cart Rental - In order to pick up golf cart you need to walk outside gate of cruise port. It was not clear where to pick up. There were lots of golf carts for rent closer to ship and they told us where to go. We also had to pay $10 fuel charge when we returned cart. We only had it for a couple of hours so thought it was high. We could have stopped and filled it with gas before returning. The golf cart was in good shape but kept backfiring when we stopped and started back each time. We rode out to lighthouse and saw lots of horses and donkeys. We had a good time.

Fun for exploring! - Great way to explore the island on your own! Max was very nice and helpful! It was a bit difficult to find the meeting place but other than that, it was great!

Old and Dilapidated Golf Carts, Nice Staff - Showed up walked past about 5-6 other golf cart companies on the way to this one. All of them had nicer and newer golf cars than this place. The first one they gave us would barely go and the steering was all off. We returned and asked to be switched out which she was nice about and did. The next car we were given did move at an adequate speed, but had other issues. It backfired every time you let off the gas and I think people thought shots were being fired every time. Overall would not recommend, however the lady working for them was friendly.

Burns the back of your legs - Golf cart was very loud not sure if it had a muffler? Seat got very hot, heat was escaping from under seat burning the back of our legs. They did not check gas when we checked in and for what we drove it cost $25 to fill it when I returned it. Customer service is non-exsistant. There are others rentals that had much better carts, I will shop around next trip.

Carts need serious maintenance - There was a problem with the booking, and 2 reps tracked me down only to find out "they" made a mistake. At that time, I told them The cart was in less than good condition. They backed up up and said the clutch was bad, but we would be ok. The cart would hardly make it up the inclines on the paved road. There were many places we didn't go because of the cart condition. We had so much trouble with the cart that we absolutely will not rent from Maxcart again.

Crappy Golf Cart +add'l fees=Rip Off!! - I generally stay away from negative reviews, BUT, some things need to be addressed. The golf cart we were given was a piece of junk! It would barely drive uphill, slow as molasses. It constantly stalled out and we prayed each time that it would restart. When we picked it up we were told of the "additional" charge of paying for gas. This amounted to $25 so not really sure how full it was to begin with!!! And the only driving we did was to the lighthouse and back!!! Also, the map they give you, without any explanation, is not accurate at all!!! When we returned the cart and told the girl about all the problems we had all she could say was "thank you, thank you". I guess for being dummies and renting her cart??!! NEVER AGAIN from this company. $135 down the drain...
