An ideal expedition for those who appreciate nature and wine. We’ll start our journey in Funchal and head towards Serra d’Agua, a valley in the heart of Madeira. We’ll travel off-road and take in incredible views of the island’s northern parts: Porto Moniz, Paúl da Serra, and São Vicente. You’ll then have a memorable experience with the top wine manufacturers in Madeira, which includes a guided tour of the largest vineyards, a wine tasting session (1 rose, 2 white, 2 red), and an informative discussion about wine-producing culture and processes. After this remarkable experience and a lunch break (not included), we continue onto Cabo Girão, Europe’s highest cliff and the world’s second highest (589 mts). Here, a glass-floored lookout point offers panoramic views of the Atlantic and Funchal. We end our tour at the quaint fishing village of Câmara de Lobos. Here, we will visit a Madeira Wine Lodge for a tasting of esteemed Madeira wines: Sweet & Dry (3 years old), Sweet (10 years old), and Dry(15 years old).
