Great tour with knowledgeable, friendly guide. A must do! - My daughter, 20, and I drove from Erie, Pa., to take the Downtown Highlights Tour with Scott from Tours of Cleveland, and we had a great time! Scott had lots of great info, visuals, stories, history, insider tips, and even took a group photo and gave us an opportunity for a mid-tour potty break. He was kind, knowledgeable, and engaging, frequently chatting up guests on the tour about their hometowns, etc. This is a guy who clearly loves his job and his city. After the tour, my daughter and I spent several more hours checking out some of the places Scott suggested, like the library observation deck, the civil war memorial, the west side market, and we even hit the art museum (free!) to see the Monet exhibit on our way home.

Great tour. Do this first! - Scott really knows his adopted city. Informative, funny, and professional. Kept the whole group engaged. Highly recommend that you do this first in Cleveland as you will learn about all sorts of places that you will want to visit afterward.

Walking Tour Is Very Thorough - We usually book bus tours to see a city and were a little skeptical about how much of the city we'd see via a walking tour. However, we were very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our walking tour. The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw many city landmarks and he gave us good suggestions on how we might want to spend our remaining time in Cincinnati.

Excellent downtown tour! - It was a cold and nasty day and I was the only one on Scott's tour. He could have cancelled it but didn't. So, despite the weather, lucky me to have a personalized tour by this genial and very knowledgeable tour guide. I would highly recommend Scott's tour as a great introduction to downtown Cleveland.
