There’s more to Cleveland than Rock and Roll. - We did a private tour with Steve this morning and we were extremely impressed and pleased with the information he shared. As he is a native “Ohioan” (if this is the proper terminology) he first asked us of our interests ( history, cultural, sports, restaurants). Then he tailored the tour based on our specific interests. We got to see commercial downtown with its beautiful 1900s architectural buildings, the older factory buildings now converted to either apartments or restaurants, the urban sprawl (a lot of new housing developments not too far east of downtown Cleveland). which is a good sign of a city’s progress.
Then we went to the west side of the city, which is the educational, medical, and cultural side of Cleveland. We got to see the grand old mansions, which has been donated to either the university and or Cleveland Clinic. We also got a little drive alongside Lake Erie on the East side and the cemetery on the west side with names of historical figures such as Rockefeller and President Garfield. Cleveland is surrounded by many open spaces with Gardens honoring the diverse ethnic groups of the city. So, thank you to Steve for showing us around Beautiful Cleveland and making us realize that there’s more to her charm than Rock and Roll.

Overview tailored to one's interests - We had not been to Cleveland before, and Steve provided an excellent overview tour of the city. He modified the tour to fit our interests and had an in-depth knowledge about various neighborhoods and sites. We would definitely recommend this tour to those moving to Cleveland or those who are in town briefly and simply would like to obtain a better understanding of the city.

A Must do Tour! - Anyone going to Cleveland for a vacation should absolutely start off with this tour. Steve was amazing and really knows everything about Cleveland. We had the opportunity to explore all the different neighborhoods of Cleveland and learn about their history, things to do and places to eat. This tour helped to "fine tune" the rest of our time in Cleveland, hitting places we didn't realize even existed!

Awesome Cleveland Overview - This was a wonderful overview of Cleveland highlights in just two hours, with quick stops at the script CLE sign, Heinen's, and the Arcade. Diane expertly navigated from our Gordon Square rental to University Circle and many points in between. Exactly what I wanted for my two out of state friends. Diane’s commentary filled in gaps in my own knowledge of the city. Highly recommend.

Something for everyone! - My wife and I went to attend an annual conference with a different destination each year, and neither of us had ever been to Cleveland. Highlights for us were the Cleveland Symphony and the Cleveland Art Museum, both of which were world-class. For those more inclined to sports and rock music, they were not disappointed; something for everyone. The barbecue (Mabel's) was superior.
