- 25 Causeway Blvd - Our Dolphin Exploration Tours last approximately two hours and will take you from Clearwater Bay out Clearwater Pass on the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico (weather permitting) in search of the Sun Coast’s favorite…the Bottlenose Dolphin. In addition to offering Guaranteed Dolphin Sightings, your Captain will highlight some fascinating facts about the natural wonders our Gulf Coast offers as well as point out celebrity mansions along the way. The tour offers something for everyone, including educational information on our area and our wildlife, and optional drink upgrades including unlimited beer and soft drinks for the adults! Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride!
We ask that all guests check in to our booth 45 minutes prior to tour departure time. We begin boarding our tours 15 minutes prior to departure and always leave on time. We cannot wait for anyone who isn’t there by departure time.

Highly recommend doing this tour if you have the time! - We did a sunset cruise with Little Toot Dolphin Adventure. It was fantastic! We were just hoping to see some dolphins a little closer than what we were able to see from the beach. We ended up seeing 2-3 of them within the first 10-15 minutes of the tour and we got them to jump in our wake! I don’t know if that’s a regular occurrence or if we just got lucky but we weren’t expecting that at all. We ended up seeing a couple more groups and were lucky enough to see them jump in our wake too. The boat is set up nicely for creating a wake they like to play in and for viewing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The sunset was beautiful. It’s definitely worth doing if you have the time!

Fun in the Gulf! - My wife and I enjoyed the experience of seeing dolphins in their natural habitat. I would recommend this trip to anyone in the area.

Dolphin guarantee - Saw dolphins before we had even left the harbor! The guides know exactly where to find wildlife and do a great job getting you close by while still respecting the safety of the animals. Drinks very refreshing on a hot day (do the drink 🍺 package if you want more than 2 drinks)

Great staff and tons of dolphins - The Tropics dolphin tour was fantastic, we seen a lot of dolphins, including a baby! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Lots of dolphins - Was an awesome experience seen a lot of dolphins and enjoyed the guided tour on the the tropic awesome time will be definitely doing again next time we come back to Florida

Not an informative tour. - I was disappointed in the lack of commentary on the buildings/houses. We did see a couple of dolphins, not alot but understand you have no control over what is spotted but they could’ve pointed out some info on some of the larger buildings and not just hooters house.
