Worth every second of the journey. - Trip was fantastic. Driver Duane was hands down the best we've ever had. Knowledge and interaction was second to none we've had anywhere in the world. The views were top notch. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the Vegas area.

Great day with Terrance! - Terrance was great! Efficient, informative, and funny. Had a great time. Everything went smoothly. So nice to just sit back and relax. And of course the Grand Canyon was beautiful. Worth the trip. Thanks so much Terrance (aka Bob)! :)

What a GRAND time!!! - Remember P2! I say that because I went on the tour where Patrick was the driver and Prince was our tour guide and if you take this tour and have a choice, take it with those two gentlemen and thank me when you get back. They are both safe and excellent drivers, you feel well taken care of and in good hands the entire time. Prince kept the tour totally interesting with his wit and humor and historical fun facts along the way (he was easy on the eyes as well but that’s just me! lol). I totally enjoyed myself. i have a couple of suggestions. 1) bring some snacks with you. There are stops but it’s about 2 hours between them. 2) as Prince would say don’t be “that guy” and be on time because the bus will not wait for you and you being late can and will impact others experience. 3) relax and enjoy the trip. It’s very beautiful, breathtaking even. 4) no need to line up like a herd of cattle trying to beat the person behind you on the bus. Everyone has a seat that’s comfortable and ASSIGNED!!! Thus, it doesn’t matter whether you’re the first person or the last person to the meeting spot, your seat is the same which is good because you can leave your belongings on the bus while you sight-see because Patrick and Prince keep the bus secured. 5) PLEASE bring money to tip these gentlemen. Don’t be cheap and scoff at the notion of tipping. They work hard and do an excellent job to make sure your experience is memorable, so please take care of them as they take care of you. I think that’s all I would say to be mindful of but it’s a tour that I would take over again, it really was THAT enjoyable.

Grand Canyon S Rim - breathtaking views - It was a very long drive, but very enjoyable due to the sense of humor of our tour guide, Prince, and our driver, Patrick. The destination, Grand Canyon south rim, was breathtaking beyond belief. The pit stops were good with a few opportunities to buy snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. I think My only complaint is that the bus seats had no pockets, cup holders or any place to store my coffee or snacks while on the drive other than overhead for my bag. Great excursion and would definitely recommend.

Amazing Experience - From the time we were picked up, the driver Patrick and tour guide Prince made us feel so special. The drive was scenic and smooth. And the Grand Canyon was absolutely breathtaking! It even snowed! Prince was very funny and reminded us to "not be that guy". Lol

Enjoyable, relaxing day experience to the Grand Canyon. Glad we decided to do it. - Patrick and Prince were amazing guides. Thank you…and “don’t be that guy!” (Tour joke) The bus had some small audio problems on the left side seats You want to sit on the right side of the bus because a lot of what is there is to see is on the right side anyway

Grand Canyon was awesome, but....... - The Grand Canyon was great however, the bus ride was scary and bumpy. Prince was our tour guide and was very helpful. This tour is touted as wheelchair accessible and said that we would need to help the disabled person onto the bus. We were NOT told that there would be about 7 steep steps. My son-in-law fell backwards helping my husband off the bus and my husband fell on top of him. My husband had wanted to stay on the bus but we were told he could not. Some of the roads were so bumpy that caused unbearable pain to my husband..

N8ce trip, but tip coercion was incessant - The Grand Canyon is not to be missed. The bus was clean and comfortable. The guide was quite capable of reading facts to us, even if it lacked a certain something. The thing that prevented a 5 star review was the incessant pandering for tips, to the extent of telling us the minimum expected and suggesting they should get more. This is unacceptable in my opinion. In speaking to some guests from another country, the demands made them very uncomfortable. Prince was personable, and Patrick a good and quiet driver, but if this isn't company policy it should be stopped. They also seem to have a pretty sweet deal going with the location of the double rest stop. Pushing for clients to buy from them under the guise of doing them a favor, while accepting kickbacks isn't that admirable either.

The travel experience was disappointing. - The driver was about 40 minutes so shortened the time at the Rim. The meal arrangements were not well explained and a definite disappoint. It is a long trip with little information shared.

Feeling cheated - I’m not at all happy with Viator service. These guys booked for south rim and ended up sending me to west. I got the call that due to technical issue they cancelled it and offered me west with upgrade option. But then too they did not offer sky walk
