Amazing views but don't get left behind! - We booked the Grand Canyon West Rim by Coach with Meals and Helicopter Tour, (with additional SkyWalk). The bus arrived a little late as we were the last hotel to be picked up from. The only issue was that there were only 2 seats right at the back of the bus, (next to the toilet), which was noisy and uncomfortable. Not a major issue though. The only real complaint was that as my daughter and I were the last off the bus at the rest break, (service station in the middle of nowhere), we were the back of the queue and therefore the last to get breakfast, (so the last to go to the bus). To my disbelief as we were walking out of the Service Station, Subway and coffee in hand THE BUS WAS PULLING AWAY WITHOUT US!!!! Running, shouting and screaming, (burnt my hand with the coffee splashing everywhere), and the driver must have heard other passengers telling him we were left behind and turned back into the parking lot...I must say I was angry and quite scared at the prospect of being left in the middle of nowhere (effectively ruining the day)....thankfully the rest of the day went well and the helicopter ride was breathtaking. Eagle point was ok, (the food was good)...we did queue for the SkyWalk (around 35 mins) and I would encourage anyone going not to bother, especially if you've paid for the helicopter ride). As a result we didn't get time to go to Guano Point which was a shame. All in all a good day and although expensive the helicopter ride worth every penny...JUST BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DON'T GET LEFT BEHIND!!!!

An amazing day! - I was skeptical about the trip after reading the reviews. We booked the helicopter and the skywalk. We went on December 28th. It was the peak visitors season. Our guide Chris, an amazing guide, also gave us the heads up that we might miss things if it is too busy, but as soon as we reached there the line was too short. So, we had a great time at the skywalk. It was indeed an amazing experience. Then, we took a shuttle to the helicopter ride. I am not sure why this tour has Maverick because Papillon takes people for the pontoon ride. It was still great. Something that the tour doesn’t mention is that the we won’t get to go to Guano point if we take the helicopter ride. We did not feel rushed anywhere. Chris even stopped at Lake Mead for us on the way back because we had extra time. The only issue we faced was at the helicopter ride, they didn’t have tickets for all four of us. You will not have internet at Grand Canyon, so I couldn’t contact the tour. The lady there was so sweet she helped us buy a ticket and thanks to the tour people they reimbursed it. Overall it was the best trip ever!

Trip was rushed and... - Trip was rushed and driver made (us) stick to a strict time line while he wasted time talking to associates along the route eating away at our time. And we where told we could leave things on bus during tour, but when we returned our bags of chips (unopened) where gone.

Thanks for the day WE WILL NEVER FORGET... - The trip should have been amazing but we were littered with multiple game changing events... 1. 2 passengers missed the bus and we had to go back and pick them back up. 2. Included water was not included, apparently not restocked. 3. It was extremely busy the day we were there and fortunate we hadn't purchased the s Skywalk. Would definitely recommend 1 or the other. 4. We were instructed to return to the bus by 1 to leave at 1:30. There were 5 passengers that that were over 2 hours late, holding up the bus and inconveniencing us all. 5. We finally get on the way to Hoover Dam and we blow a tire on the freeway. 6. Sat on the side of the road for a while before being instructed to drive slow to the Hoover Dam to have the tire changed. 7. Finally returned to Vegas at 7:30 pm. 8. The toilet was locked because apparently it hadn't been cleaned... The positives... We opted for the helicopter landing which was absolutely amazing and well worth it! Duane was our driver and guide. He picked up his He is very knowledgeable did an outstanding job entertaining us throughout the voyage, maintaining his composer during the tough times, and implementing leadership skills throughout. Thanks for day WE WILL NEVER FORGET, for all the laughs, and most importantly for getting us back safe. Thank you Duane!

I was disappointed in the... - I was disappointed in the amount of time given at the canyon.our booking said appx. 4 hours at the canyon.we got there at 11:30 and we were asked to be back on the bus by 2.we paid extra for the helicopter and Skywalk and had no time for anything else.we seemed very, very rushed.I think it would be a great trip if we only had 1 more hour to look in the gift shops and enjoy the view longer

Horrible - It was a horrible experience. I paid for lunch for me and my husband. We couldn’t get lunch because everybody was rushing by the time you get lunch your time is up to do the act other activities which we signed up for helicopter right we were so nervous we didn’t get to enjoy the scene. Everything is time managed. It’s not clearing the descriptions when you book. It was a horrible experience. Horrible.
