An amazing day! - I was skeptical about the trip after reading the reviews. We booked the helicopter and the skywalk. We went on December 28th. It was the peak visitors season. Our guide Chris, an amazing guide, also gave us the heads up that we might miss things if it is too busy, but as soon as we reached there the line was too short. So, we had a great time at the skywalk. It was indeed an amazing experience. Then, we took a shuttle to the helicopter ride. I am not sure why this tour has Maverick because Papillon takes people for the pontoon ride. It was still great. Something that the tour doesn’t mention is that the we won’t get to go to Guano point if we take the helicopter ride. We did not feel rushed anywhere. Chris even stopped at Lake Mead for us on the way back because we had extra time. The only issue we faced was at the helicopter ride, they didn’t have tickets for all four of us. You will not have internet at Grand Canyon, so I couldn’t contact the tour. The lady there was so sweet she helped us buy a ticket and thanks to the tour people they reimbursed it. Overall it was the best trip ever!

VEGAS GRAND CANYON HELICOTPTER EXPERIENCE - Fantastic Helicopter/boat trip ,but trip from then on in was rushed and didn't get to see part of the trip as the skywalk did hold us up .To be honest shouldn't be sold as part of the trip . Meals were included but due to the things you need to see we didn't even have time to eat and had to miss final part of the experience due to time .Lets just say the other folk on the trip didn't hesitate to speak there minds due to us being late back to the bus at no fault of our own . Pleas don't book the skywalk with this package ,Even the bus driver thought time was not on our side .

Trip not as promised. - Our driver was amazing. He drove with care and skill. We couldn’t believe how well he maneuvered around the traffic and loads of pedestrians. The tour driver was professional and very informative throughout the drive. The helicopter ride was beautiful. The pilot was friendly, and the ride was smooth. Sadly we had to wait at the terminal for an hour prior to our helicopter ride. We didn’t land at the bottom of the canyon as promised. We did not take a ride on a boat on the river, as described in the tour. Other folks did as they rode with Pappilon Helicopters. We were assigned to Maverick. We are incredibly disappointed. The pilot knew nothing about the. Canyon and did not speak to the passengers the entire flight. The lines at the skywalk were long and as we didn’t not care to purchase photo packages we were rushed through and asked to move many times. We were given a voucher for lunch which was standard chicken tenders and fries, and promised. We didn’t receive the breakfast coupon as advertised. Because of the wait for the helicopter we didn’t not have time to see the last stop following the skywalk. We do not feel we received the value of our purchase with regard to the long waits, lack of breakfast and especially not landing at the bottom of the. Canyon and missing our boat ride that we paid for.

Not as advertised/expected - The trip started with the pickup being one full hour late in the early morning. No explanation or excuse given. A guide that literally said "I'm very new and I don't know much but I can make somethings up. Please don't ask me any questions". At the arrival at Grand Canyon very poor instructions/information was given on where to go. The boat tour was closed and there was only one helicopter so the landing was scrapped as well. The flight time was in the middle of our 4 hours at the site so we had to be super quick to the Sky walk (long queue) and back to the helipad. We didn't have time to enjoy the view or eat. The helicopter ride was really nice (even withut landing and boat trip). So overall a nice trip but far from what we expected.

Horrible - It was a horrible experience. I paid for lunch for me and my husband. We couldn’t get lunch because everybody was rushing by the time you get lunch your time is up to do the act other activities which we signed up for helicopter right we were so nervous we didn’t get to enjoy the scene. Everything is time managed. It’s not clearing the descriptions when you book. It was a horrible experience. Horrible.

Terrible Experience - Terrible service, don't book with them. We paid 1800.00 and the service was horrible and they did not refund us more than just a part. The bus was 1:48 late, they asked us to be at the hotel entrance at 6:00 am and they arrived for us at 7:48, then bus broke down due to poor maintenance on the Hwy, we missed the helicopter ride and because of the delays we missed other shows and they didn't care. Look for another company, there more betters
