Overall it was a memorable experience. - Visiting grand canyon and hoover dam was a real good experience. we were blessed with beautiful weather, good travel companions. The tour guide dwayne and bus driver Rod were also very nice. Tour guide explained everything in details. He was a real funny guy. His jokes made us laugh and keep awake. Smooth drive by Rod also keep us safe and comfort. The food also was ok. We were able to walk around and enjoy the sunny weather. We will share about viator to our friends and famlies/

10/10 highly recommend - This trip was amazing! And cheapest tour we found of the west rim with a quick stop at the Hoover Dam. Paulie - our bus driver and tour guide - was phenomenal! Our tour started from the second we got on the bus on the strip. He gave us all the tips and tricks to see the best spots. I would highly recommend this tour. We weren't excited to be gone for a full day - 11 hours - but my husband and I both agreed it was totally worth it!

Wonderful!!! - Grayline: Today we had a wonderful experience. We met some real nice people, and we had a fantastic tour to the Grand Canyon West Rim/Hoover Damn tour and our Driver James also took us to see the long horn sheep at the end of the day. Can’t say enough about James, he was great and made our tour that much more wonderful. There was a situation where one of the couple came back to the bus a little late, James handled it professionally and with class. We wish every tour guide we’ve been with was like James. We highly recommend this tour company and James as your tour guide. A huge shoutout to our Italian friend Tina at Caesars for booking us this wonderful trip. Thank you all! Pete and Alba

Awesomeness - Tour guid was awesome. We got to stop at the Hoover damn on our way back. It was amazing. The grand canyon itself was awesome... but I personally liked the stop at the damn better. I'm late on posting this review. The trip was back in March of 2023.

Poor quality of tour guide - Michael - Hello there, The pickup from our hotel was late. The bus arrived late.Because of that the time at Hoover was cut to 20 minutes. The bus parked far away from Hoover on the hill. We saw Hoover barely.Around Hoover we saw available empty parkings with free access to walk through Hoover. Because of that we were disappointed. The weather was great, sunny, smooth clear roads. On the way to Grand Canyon the tour guy-Michael was nice and polite. But as a tour guide had none information regarding the Hoover and Grand Canyon . Zero information about it. Another disappointment. The bus driver for sure had a CDL license to operate the bus, but the tour guy for sure had none license and experience to be as a tour guide. But what is interesting, he is from Las Vegas, since 1967 y. He mentioned that, but none information about this area. Also on the point view skywalk you have to pay for the access to it -over glass- but, you cannot take a phone or camera with you. You have to leave it in the locker. That’s the rules. The tour guide never mentioned about it before. He did after, but it was too late. I paid already for it. The service of the park will take 8 pics of you for $50. And you can download it from their website with in 30 days. The quality of pictures are poor-from very old cameras. Another issue. In Grand canyon on the way to Vegas , One couple was late almost an hour. We had to wait for them in the bus. Because of that, we all got back to Vegas another hour late. Other than that, the view of Grand Canyon is amazing , it was excellent experience with the nature. Your choice, rent a car and drive 3 hours on your own and have own free stres time and free own time, or pay extra $$$ for the bus with grup of people 40/50 and have unknown surprises on the way…. And on the END of the trip , the tour guide asked politely for a tips. My wife told me to give him anyway. Enjoy the nature.

It was nice to see the grand canyon. Two hour wait for lunch was poorly executed. I had a chili dog. Skip buying lunch. - Grand canyon was amazing to see. The long lines was a bit too much. We paid for lunch overlooking the grand canyon two hour wait very disappointed

Canyon great, the rest a disaster - The Grand Canyon was fantastic, we did the skywalk which was great. The meal provided was good. The trip to and from the canyon was an utter shambles. The tour guide was a complete disaster she rambled on in a way nobody could understand and that’s when she remembered to switch the microphone on. She was rude and even told a homophobic joke. The driver then took over two hours to get through Vegas and were eventually dropped off at 7 pm and missed our dinner reservations

Go with any other option Then Grey Line West Rim - The worst trip ever first the bus was 1 hr late then then the bus broke down for over two hours no one knew what was going on no one knew if we going get a ride back on one could tell us if coming back to LAs Vegas or going to the Grand Canyon when we finally got another bus the other bus was restroom wasn’t working When we call the Grey line west rim about making it right they would get an attitude talking about that it’s not their fault that they didn’t own the bus that it didn’t matter if we last 3 hrs off are trip that they won’t be any discount or money back a very unprofessional company in every single way the tour guide didn’t know how talk to the people best part off this trip was when it’s was done

Grand Canyon - The only thing we were able to experience was the helicopter, was said that because the pontoon boat was canceled and that champagne would be served champagne. Not true. We didn’t get to see anything, no tour, no photo stop at dam. Now Grand Canyon tour or skywalk because we had no time! Not even a lunch. Because we couldn’t get to them. So all we did was helicopter ride. 16-1700$ Could of taken the three of us on a helicopter trip for less then 500$ so I would not recommend this package. It really was a disappointment for my wedding.
