Our tour guide Brian was fantastic - Our tour guide Brian was funny, helpful, and considerate. He let me learn more about the history of Ireland (and the GB) than all the history text books I read combined. His kind heart, optimism and enthusiasm were infectious. Ireland was brighter because of him. Also Pattywagon helped me find my wallet I left on the bus. By all means it was a five star experience!!!!

Didn't go to two places out of three on our tour. Sad! Cliffs were beautiful though. - Halfway through the tour I realized we aren't on the bus route that is described in the listing. We were suppose to go to Galway and spend a couple hours and then to the cliffs and on other stop etc. We ended up stopping at two gas stations, a castle for 15 min, then another stop for a "quick lunch" which was 40 min (rushed) somewhere, then to another castle and then back to Dublin. I brought it up to our tour director when we were at the cliffs and he said that we were not heading to Galway at all and that route isn't available. Wish I would've known that. I would recommend to others to ask your tour guide BEFORE leaving Dublin where you are headed and check to make sure you are getting what was listed and paid for. Kind of disappointed even though the cliffs were beautiful !!!

Better organization would have helped. - The tour I booked was cancelled and I took a similar trip. The agent at the meeting place was disorganized and it took some time for him to determine which coach we should take. That made everyone’s tour late and the driver seemed to be trying to make up time the whole day. I’m still not sure we saw all that was supposed to be included but our time at the Cliffs of Moher was almost enough. Better organization from this company would have been helpful.

Not worth the time. - Chaotic start with the bus late. Trip was way too long (12.5 hours) given that the ride is 3 hours each way to The Cliffs. Way too many superfluous/unneeded stops. Also, bus driver told people they couldn’t move seats after we departed, which is ridiculous as there weren’t assigned seats.

Wrong indications - Bad experience. Canceled two days earlier without knowing why. More importantly, the starting point is wrong. It's not 26 Saint Stephen Green as written on the instructions but on 'connor street. By the way very far walk from the first indication and is not a of the company Peddywagon.

DEFINETELY DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS DISGRACE OF COMPANY - Worst trip of my life. Do NOT travel with this company — it is absolute garbage. The driver told us to return to the bus at 4 PM. We came back exactly on time, yet I was completely abandoned at the Cliffs, more than 5 hours away from home. No call, no text, no email — nothing. The driver and the company simply left without the slightest concern for their passengers’ safety or well-being. This is not only unacceptable, it’s outrageous. I was forced to spend almost €100 and waste hours trying to get back to Dublin on my own. If you value your time, money, and safety, stay far away from this disgrace of a company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Cancelled the tour didn’t tell me & still charged me and then had the gall to ask me to review it - This is hilarious that you’re asking for a review. It was cancelled with no notice and i was still charged. Trying to get a refund still.

No show Paddywagon - We booked our tour in July with Paddywagon Tours. The tour was to take place on August 4, 2025. The tour was for my family and myself. There was 6 people in my family and on the morning of August 4 we showed at the spot designated by the tour at 7:40 am. No one was there we waited until pick up time at 7:50 am and we were worried that something went wrong. We called them and found out they had send an email on August 1 saying all tours were cancelled for the Cliff of Mohr for the month of August. We had to re-plan all of our tours.

They cancelled it 1 day prior - Cancelled out one big outing in Ireland the day before with confusing messages. At 7:45 the day prior Trip advisor texts us our trip confirmation, reminder and attached tickets. At 8 Paddywagon sends us two emails. The first that popped up said “you have a message” with a link to a notice page saying the Cliffs of Mohr visitor center is closed but it won’t address t your trip. But it also says “Ahhh! We can't find this page..”. So we disregard it and go about our day. The next am we show up at 7:40 and no bus comes. At 8 I call TravelAdvisor who says an email was sent telling us it was cancelled the prior morning. Indeed there it was. After the one that had the bad link. I’d missed it. But why did TripAdvisor not update us by text after they’d sent us ticket? Why didn’t Paddywagon send us a text or ask us to confirm receipt? My fault for missing the email, I guess. But regardless, our one big adventure in Ireland, and the last event of our two week trip was cancelled with too little time to find something else. So we paid for tickets on St Kevin’s for a bus ride to Wicklow Mountains to try to make the most of the rest of the day. Overall not happy with TripAdvisor or Paddywagon.
