Good family fun - Awesome fun, excellent value. We just had our second day here this week. It has been brilliant both times. We used the big day out bands. £20 online. I think my kids got their money's worth just on the dodgems. Never more than a few minutes wait for rides even the popular ones like the log flume. Food was good but a little on the pricey side like most attractions. Though a pizza is a good way to feed 2 or 3 kids for cheap. The arcade is great with a massive range of games. Staff were mostly friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Halloween 🎃 - Bought the kids a Halloween wristband and then added golf for me, and the dinosaur experience for us all too. The kids had an amazing time tapping their wristband to get on the rides as many times as they wanted to and the staff were lovely at the rides too. My son went on Looping Star 10 times! Special mention to the girl running the trampolines at closing time on Wed 25th October) who said to my daughter to please wait as the trampolines were full (she did for 2-3 minutes from 5:55pm) then when she realised the time said she couldn’t go on and my daughter ran to me crying. I explained my daughter is autistic and so saying one thing then changing it to something else would cause a meltdown so she said my daughter could come on. I really appreciated that and said 1 minute is enough just so she’s been on it doesn’t have to be the full time. The kids thought the Gellyball Blast was lots of fun and the guys running it were really good answering all the questions my kids had beforehand. The kids were delighted with their included Halloween candyfloss too. After the rides closed they moved into the arcade and were delighted to see how many things were included in their wristband in there too. We all really enjoyed the golf and my daughter got two hole in ones! From seeing a video online and reading about the dinosaur bit we were looking forward to seeing the dinosaur animatronics but they didn’t move at all which was disappointing. My son asked and they said they are trying to get them working to move again. I didn’t realise he’d asked and I also asked and got told they’re a fire risk so can’t be switched on. The 4D cinema was great though and we really still thought the £5 each was worth it for that. They didn’t want to do the haunted house and sadly we forgot all about the pumpkin patch. A great day out and it was hard to get them out the door after 8 hours to get the last bus back to the holiday camp so well worth the money! Thanks.

Okish. - The pier could do with a good clean and updated facilities and the staff need better training the toilets at the end of the peri look like they haven’t been updated since the 60s or clean since then they spend all the money on led light to make it look nice but when you look beyond that it not that great.

Jurrasic experience....overpriced and basic - We visited the jurrasic section this week and I cannot believe the price they charge for what you get. It was the most overpriced shocking experience ever. £5 per person. We walked in and they took a photo which obviously you had to pay for, why when the experience was so basic and expensive do you not give one for free? Into a smoky small room with some dinosaur skeletons, a man came on a screen and talked for 2 minutes, then we went into another room. There was about 3 or 4 dinosaurs behind big cages, nothing interactive, nothing moved, no photo opportunity inside as they were all behind big cages. We was in there about 30 seconds then was forced into a queue line. We then watched a film which was OK but short. When we came out that was it.... I was so shocked. There was nothing else! Why no opportunity for something interactive, maybe a dinosaur that moved etc, you had walking moving dinos when you were promoting it so why nothing inside like this? Nothing moves, nothing for kids to do, thought there would be like fossil hunting in a sand bowl or something to occupy them for a bit. Mad prices for such a basic experience. No photo opportunities for you to take yourself, did not hear one dinosaur roar or nothing. Very odd, dont waste your time and money.

Waste of time and money - Absolutely rubbish unless they can employ any staff I wouldn’t bother going. Waited nearly 30 minutes for an attendant to come over to work a ride. My youngest grandson had hardly any rides to choose from and then they can’t staff the ones he could. Even rung the pier while waiting and still took another 10min before anyone turned up.

Awful experience - Halloween treat for my granddaughter, nearly £28 for mini golf, pumpkin patch, and a couple of rides. Her wristband didn't work on the arcade simulators. The go carts were not working, and neither was Jelly thing in the jolly Roger, the haunted house was too dark and scary for her to go in, paid extra to play the golf with her, and to go in haunted house, bought ice cream and drinks at extortionate prices. We didn't have her annual pass but asked the girl at kiosk to look it up, she couldn't, we waited for a manager.who couldn't do it either. Total farce, should have been a nice time but really wasn't .
