- Civitella di Romagna - We will visit the Slow Food farmers’ market in Civitella di Romagna, together with Dr. and agrichef Katia Sandri who will illustrate the importance of a healthy and balanced 0 km diet, together we will get to know the agricultural producers of the market and we will be able to discover and taste the qualities of their delicious products.
- Agriturismo Campo Rosso - At the end of the visit to the market we will return to the starting point, to the garden of the Campo Rosso farmhouse to enjoy an agri-aperitif in the countryside, in the company of the hens and farm animals.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the key attractions of the medieval town, interact with local agriculturists, hear their tales and sample their produce. To wrap up the morning, a delectable aperitif will be served either at the castle’s stronghold or the farmhouse garden.
