On Time, Comfortable Transfer with Gilberto - We had a wonderful experience riding with Gilberto for a private transfer between Rome and the Port of Civitavecchia. Best tour Company in Italy!!! - My family of 3 recently used Discovery Guide Tours for on a multi-port excursion on a visit to Italy (Naples, Rome, Sicily and Livorno) This company provided excellent service before, during and after each experience. Giulia help us from day one to arrange every port with excellent support. Every time we had a question the answer was on my mailbox with in 24 hours. Our experience on each port was amazing, excellent vehicles, excellent tour drivers just VIP service every step of the way. Excellent Tour - We only had 1 extra day in Rome before flying home. This is the best way to get a flavor for the sights, people and food of Rome. I had been to Rome before but he brought us to places I didn’t visit when I was there for five days. And did it know to visit! Our drivers knowledge was amazing and his driving skills supreme! Air conditioned Mercedes van…. So necessary in the hot Roman sun. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely use this tour company again!

Friendly, professional, worth the cost - We were so glad to find this Civitavecchia to Fiumicino transport last minute. Our driver Marco was friendly and professional. He was also early to pick us up which was a pleasant surprise as we were off the ship earlier than expected. Overall, a private transfer us well worth the cost - I will definitely book again!

Rome In A Day - First time coming to Italy. We didn't care for the tours from the ship and my sister found Discovery Tours online. THE BEST THING EVER!!! Our driver Marco was amazing. He gave us so much history of the town, great recommendations and was very patient with us. He was polite, on time, courteous, and conversational. Besides the awe inspiring views, Marco and our tour guide for the Colosseum, Judy, made this trip wonderful. We are already planning to come back!!! By the time we got back to our ship. We felt like we were saying goodbye to a cousin instead of a driver. Highly recommend Discovery Tours to anyone, especially if it's your first time in Rome, like it was ours. Prompt, efficient, great tour - They picked us up at the port and drove us to Rome in a comfortable van (5 passengers). They took us to many spots and let us walk around and stay as long as we needed - great day!

Fabulous Private Family Tour!! - We just finished out Imperial Rome tour with Livio as our tour guide. I cannot express how wonderful our experience was. Not only did we see everything we wanted to and more, Livio was a fantastic guide and really made the day even better! I also appreciate that this company let you pay by credit card ahead of time rather than having to have Euros at the time of the excursion which is what many other companies required. I would highly recommend this company!!!
