Very good service - The views were incredible, excellent service from the agency. They cleared up our doubts, they were friendly and helpful at all times. The guides gave us many details about the place and safety procedures, they provided us with very good service.

Highly recommended and pet friendly - Exploring the Tamul Waterfall and the water cave with guides Paco and Xahan was an unforgettable experience. Sailing in the wooden canoe added excitement, while the guides' stories enriched the trip. The presence of our dogs, Teo and Coqui, made everything even more special. This adventure in Huasteca is a must for those looking for nature, excitement and moments shared with furry friends. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable experience with our pet friends - The experience at Tamul Waterfall and the water cave was simply spectacular. From the beginning, guides Paco and Xahan immersed us in the magic of Huasteca with their detailed knowledge and fascinating stories. Sailing in the wooden canoe added an exciting adventure to the day, and the majesty of the waterfall and the intrigue of the cave made every moment unforgettable. What made this trip even more special was the presence of our dogs, Teo and Coqui, who had as much fun as we did. It was a unique touch to have our furry companions enjoying the scenery and the cool breeze in the canoe. The natural beauty, combined with the hospitality of the guides and the joy of sharing this experience with our dogs, made this tour beyond our expectations. Tamul Waterfall is definitely a destination that I would recommend to any adventure and nature lover.

Huaxteca.com ✓✓✓ - Fun, safe, friendly and super prepared, "huaxteca.com" far exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it, I would come again 10 more times and I would hire them again 11, they put effort into the service, they are very professional and they cared a lot about the security (we did rafting which we had never done before, we risked taking it because they inspire a lot of confidence in how professional they are) Thank you very much Kenya, Mizra, Xen-ha (Cesar) P.S. The food is very good

nice experience - The boatmen make the trip fun, be prepared because they will wet you there and back, in the canoe they carry cans to wet the canoe that you find along the way.

Wouldn't recommend - Unfortunately we were not able to see the Tamul waterfall, which dried up from low rainfall about a month earlier than usual :( Of course this situation is out of the the company's control, but we booked the tour 10 days in advance, and we were not informed of the situation until the day before the tour, when we had already driven all the way to Ciudad Valles from CDMX. If we were given more notice, perhaps we would have chosen a different tour or a different vacation altogether. In addition, our tour guide was not very personable or friendly, and remained silent for most of the tour. For the first 30 minutes, he gave us some facts about the area, but then he told us that we should ask questions for the remainder of the few hours because he had nothing else planned to say. He even insulted our friends with some of the things he said– just not very friendly or nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend this tour.
