My experience with the tour - The tour was very informational the driver was really helpful and also spoke English which was nice. On the end of the tour I had to go to the toilet and the tour bus driver stopped to let me out so I could take a dump in the hotel which was really great of him. I learned a lot about Dortmund and I recommend going to the toilet before to take the tour because it takes like 2 hours!! Which is also very nice ! Five stars!

Decent city tour, I can recommend. - The path through the city has been great, covering a lot of space. There were audio guides on multiple languages, audio quality was reasonably good. Beware of the trees growing along the road if you sit on the upper deck: sometimes the branches were quite dangerously jnto face. Overall good experience.

Should have been much better. - I booked the tour for June 3rd, 2023. The bus arrived an hour late to the pick up stand at Phoenix See. Then, when we finally got on, I used the earphone so I could get a translated narration in English, but the Deutch coming out of the PA was really loud and inteferring. Others usually just gives everyone an earphone and nothing is coming out of the PA system. Lastly, the narration seemed to be out of sync with what monuments and sites were being referenced. Oftentimes, when it said "look to your left" the structure is actually on the right, or is still some distance away from that point, and you're looking left, right, up, down... wondering where the structure is! I did not enjoy it at all.

No one, to escape - I think we were unlucky because the audio guide didn't work in the French language so we don't understand anything with any explanation. In addition, we cannot take any photos of the bus. We don't see anything, for my part there were maybe only three stops which could be interesting. The stadium, the phoenix hall, the phoenix see where we should stop. There are not enough buses to make stops and stops. Too long waiting time between each bus. Too bad.
