worth every penny - our family had a great time on this
we hopped off at the market had lunch and then went back to our hotel room and hopped back on and went to the art museum its a great way to see everything and not have to deal with the traffic our guide was really helpful as well

Great team members - Wife and I always make it a point to use hop on hop off bus in any new city we visit as it is a great way to see city and stop at many of Its points of interest. I wish I remembered the names of the two guides we encountered during our day. Both drivers and guides were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service

Worth doing - This was based on our first guide who was brilliant and so glad we stayed on for the entire tour first as he was brilliant. Next guide after joining again was difficult to understand and not very engaging so score might have been different. Traffic in downtown Toronto is horrendous so be warned it takes time to get round.

Defo do this tour to learn all about the city! - We headed to the tourist info place to book the sightseeing bus and jumped on the next one to come around. Our tour guide was FAB. Driver and tour guide in one: he shared his passion for the city delightfully. I loved the architecture and we definitely felt like we were being let in on secrets of the city.
We stopped at the CN tower and then joined a later bus with a different driver / separate tour guide on an open top. This was fun, but not quite as fun as our first driver!

A great way to see the city of Toronto! - I would recommend. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable but at times it was hard to understand her because of the sound system. The other staff connected with the bus tour was also very welcoming. If the sound system issue could be rectified I would highly recommend.

Could have been so much better - Buying tickets was easy enough, however felt it was a little overpriced in comparison to other cities. Our initial misgivings were assuaged when we got on the bus. This was because the first guide (think who’s name was Craig or greg) was excellent, couldn’t praise him highly enough. Amusing, informative, exactly what you’re expecting, and he’s the reason I’m not giving 1 star. Unfortunately we got off at stop 5 (casa loma), and at that point it was poor. Waited nearly an hour to get picked up again, for a “27” minute wait that felt inadequate. The second guide was ok, however there were no headphone points, so trying to hear him through an external speaker was again very poor. We got off again at CN tower, when we returned to hop on again we waited nearly 40 minutes. This one was slightly more acceptable, at least it was rush hour so heavier traffic. However the guide was not great at all. Very much felt he’d been told what to say only, and couldn’t remember it very well. It felt like he was finishing for the day and couldn’t be bothered - not what you’d be expecting as a tourist
Used a lot of these services, started off as the best and ended up poor

Not my favorite bus tour - Bit disappointed in this sight seeing trip. Bus was a bit dirty cold and wet even on the lower level. The views were not all that impressive nor did we stop or slow down to get a good view of anything. I’m not sure but they didn’t follow the route on the map but did make all the noted stops. Tour guide was fine but his microphone really didn’t project at all. The spacing between buses was lengthy more than 25 min but I guess off season not a lot of buses running. Of the four hop on tours I’ve taken around the world this is #4. Nonetheless Toronto is friendly and very nice

15 hours before our... - 15 hours before our scheduled bus tour my sister had and still has terrible back spasms and was in a lot of pain. We decided not leave her alone and go on the tour. I have requested a refund but have not heard from you!
