Amazing experience - Really enjoyed our tour to Niagara Falls, Mike our tour guy was awesome, super friendly, knowledgeable and super on time for all of pick up times. Highly recommend him 🇨🇦

Wonderful Tour - The bus tour was fun and very informative. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was easy to hop off and on because the buses ran on time.

Great but limited Winter service. - Reduced Winter service so difficult to hop on hop off and plan the day. Busses every 2hrs starting at 10 so think that made it only 3 times around (10, 12 and 2).

Could have been better - It rained and the bus was extremely overcrowded!!! A couple of sights were closed due to construction and I was never informed 😕

Not particularly good value - only OK experience - Positives - The guides on the two buses we took made an effort to share information about the city and site (with one guide making very corny jokes with very scripted-sounding delivery). One was a long-time Toronto native and had good answers for questions he received. - You do get to drive past many key landmarks in downtown Toronto, with stops well distributed near key sites. - You can use it to get as far N as the Casa Loma mansion. Negatives - Infrequent service: When we were in Toronto (October), there was a long lag between bus departures (34 minutes). Also, the forecast bus arrival time was not reliable. For example, we missed one bus by a few minutes and were told to come back at a certain time. The next bus showed up and left 5 minutes before that time. So, we ended up spending over an hour more than we wanted to milling around near one stop. - At $50, it seems very over-priced for the service. I would have preferred walking around downtown Toronto and just paying for an Uber or two. It would be reasonable value at $25. - It did not go past a couple definitive downtown Toronto sites - like the City Halls area.

Rainy day blues! - This didn’t start well with no indication of where to pick up the bus from Union Station where we arrived from in Toronto! Our web chat with Company didn’t get answered and we had to ask Hotel Concierge Staff for help. The numerous road works impacted on the enjoyment of the trip along with poor weather which were beyond the control of the tour operator, although maybe varying the route might have mitigated delays. The tour guides did have some interesting commentary but it was sometimes hard to hear them as the tech let them down. The driver was very competent. You can see a lot of the city using this tour, but to get the full experience start it early. I did enjoy exploring St. Lawrence Market.

Poor experience - When we got onto the bus nobody explained anything about anything. No instructions on how to listen to the tour or where to get headphones. When we asked the driving lady how could we listen to the tour guide who was in the upper side of the bus she reluctantly responded through the headphones but when we asked her where the headphones were she just ignored us completely and looked very annoyed. It was a very rude experience and a very bland tour.

Don’t waste your money! - Went on 2 different buses. The 1st one was ok, the 2nd one should be condemned! The second bus did not seem road worthy. The floor downstairs was wet through. Most of the seats were wet. Staff stood talking, when they could have dried seats for customers. The woman driver was concerned about getting back before it was dark, as the bus only had 1 working headlight! Difficult to find the bus stops, had to ask for map/leaflet. This company needs to drastically improve! All leaflets should be in the hotels, and staff should be more attentive to customers, rather than concerning themselves with their 15mins break! Don’t waste your money, walk instead.

Not hop on hop off - False advertising. The bus does not run every 15 mins. We waited about 2 hours to get picked up. The tour guide claimed it was a 45 min wait for next bus. We didn’t get on and off because we feared we couldn’t get back on the bus. It was not worth the price

Lina - It was the most terrible hop on hop off journey. I traveled a lot to different countries, but there was no such service anywhere. Although the website stated that there was a multilingual audio guide, in fact there was no audio guide at all! When I came to the driver with a request to issue headphones, I was informed that now instead of an audio guide, the excursion will be led by a driver. When I tried to explain that my English wasn't good enough to easily understand all the information, the administrator came and said that unfortunately they now only have one bus on the route and unfortunately there is no audio guide. But he will ask the driver to speak more slowly and clearly so that he can be understood. I didn’t complain because the money had been paid and I was already on the bus. When the excursion began, it revealed that the driver was conducting the excursion through a microphone, and if you were sitting on the 2nd floor, you could hear because the sound is wery quite and sometimes you hear driver through a word due to communication problems. The driver spoke very quickly and quietly. I do not recommend it to those who do not speak English perfectly. Wasted money and losted time.
