- Blue Route- First departure from Stop 9 Old Town Square at 9:37am/ from Stop 1 Republic Square 3 (CS Information Kiosk) at 9:47am
- Last departure from Stop 9 Old Town Square at 4:07pm/ from Stop 1 Republic Square 3 at 4:17pm
- Buses run every 30 minutes. Tour duration - 90 minutes
- Red Route- First departure from Stop 1 Main Train Station at 10:35am. Last departure from Stop 1 Main Train Station at 4:35pm
- Buses run every 60 minutes. Tour duration - 60 minutes
- Please note, from time to time due to traffic, bus arrival and departure times may be delayed slightly
- Please note, only the Red Route buses are wheelchair accessible
- Blue Route operates with single-decker panoramic buses. Red Route operates with double-decker buses
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour
- River Cruise (if bus and boat ticket is selected) between 1st April and 30th September: First departure at 10am, last departure at 8pm from Pier 3, Vltava River (Stop 8 Blue Line). Operates every hour on the hour. Duration- 55 minutes

Great way to decide where and what you want to do - You get what is written on ticket. Don't know why people expect more. You are told where each place is and short history. It's your job then to discover each place of interest to you

a great way to immerse yourself in this city which oozes history and beauty - this is a fantastic way to explore the many sights of prague. you can learn and immerse yourself in this beautiful city. It stopped at many useful and interesting locations. There are 2 routes so you can explore different parts of the city. However, there was some breaks mid tour which felt unnecessarily long. A live tour guide would be better but would still recommend to do this familiarise yourself with the history and sights of Prague.

Do the boat tour - Highly recommend the boat tour but the bus tour was not as good as other city tours I have been on. I booked the tickets using trip advisor and when I went to one of the kiosks I was told I needed to go to the kiosk by the 1st stop. It was a bit of a trek and I really couldn't understand why I couldn't get on at any kiosk. The tour was not an open bus tour but I think this was because the streets were narrow. The info was pretty recorded and the guide just sat there telling us the stops. The boat trip was amazing.

Overbooked and disorganised. - Company overbooked the buses. We arrived early for the first bus of the day, to then be told it was overbooked, so we had to wait over an hour for the next bus to come, then when it came we had to push through the crowd to get on. The bus does do all the sites and the commentary was good.

The bus drives past two time. - Being at a bus stop, and the bus went by two different times and did not stop....
Best part was the boat. But overall it not worth the money

Awful, not worth the money - Spoke to an operative on the street to book this trip.
Told lots of conflicting information about the bus times. One said every 15 mins another every 20 and another every 30. The queues were so so long. Queuing for over an hour.
Small uncomfortable, claustrophobic bus, kept sliding off the seat.
You have to scan QR code down load the app to be able to get your audio tour.
Great everyone on the bus playing an audio tour in multiple languages. Sensory overload, couldn’t stand it.
Oh they tell you they have headphones, but you have to ask for them. They don’t fit all phones.
They tell you they are FREE except the ones that don’t fit in the phones and those you have to pay for.
It was the most cramped, loud uncomfortable tour I have ever done in any country and I would not recommend it here.

At least with these you get headphones, they plug in on the bus. You select your language and only hear your own.
By the time you get the Wi-Fi code you are part way round your tour.
Of course using such an app on your phone drains your battery therefore less time to take photos.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE IN PRAGUE

Don't buy the tickets before send reading this message!! - AVOID AT ANY COST THIS BUSINESS!! - PRAGUE FEBRUARY 2024
We started our trip and we stepped out just after one stop and request the money back:
- bad communication
- bus without speakers, no information, and old headphones "to stick to your phone", unless you have a 10 years old phone, you will not be able to use them.
- moreover the bus was dirty, bad smelling and full of people. One person was standing next to me (I guess this is even illegal) so we could look only on one side of the window.
We stepped out and request a refund. The company even didn't reply!

Waste of money. Catch the tram - Not very good value for money at all!! Catching the tram would have been far cheaper and more convenient. The information didn’t wow me. No incentives like other major city hop on hop off tours
