- Blue Route- First departure from Stop 9 Old Town Square at 9:37am/ from Stop 1 Republic Square 3 (CS Information Kiosk) at 9:47am
- Last departure from Stop 9 Old Town Square at 4:07pm/ from Stop 1 Republic Square 3 at 4:17pm
- Buses run every 30 minutes. Tour duration - 90 minutes
- Red Route- First departure from Stop 1 Main Train Station at 10:35am. Last departure from Stop 1 Main Train Station at 4:35pm
- Buses run every 60 minutes. Tour duration - 60 minutes
- Please note, from time to time due to traffic, bus arrival and departure times may be delayed slightly
- Please note, only the Red Route buses are wheelchair accessible
- Blue Route operates with single-decker panoramic buses. Red Route operates with double-decker buses
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour
- River Cruise (if bus and boat ticket is selected) between 1st April and 30th September: First departure at 10am, last departure at 8pm from Pier 3, Vltava River (Stop 8 Blue Line). Operates every hour on the hour. Duration- 55 minutes
- River Cruise (if bus and boat ticket is selected) between 1st October and 31st March: First departure at 12pm, last departure at 6pm from Pier 3, Vltava River (Stop 8 Blue Line). Operates every hour on the hour. Duration- 55 minutes

Ideal way to learn about Prague - Excellent way to learn about the history of Prague and also the areas to return to and learn more about using both blue and red lines helpful, we also took the additional 1 hour boat ride on the electric boat. Up and down the river, which was superb. Well worth the money.

Would not accept credit card payment and sound system did not work - first issue was they would not take credit card for payment at the kiosk - never had a tour company refuse credit card - cash only if booking in person so used up all of our cash float. Then the sound system with their ear phones did not work as it kept cutting out and we could not move seats so we probably heard 10% of the recording We like to learn the history of the place and this is one of the main reasons we pick the hop on buses. Even with the sound we got there was a lot of music and quiet time and not really a lot of information - did not find it value for money as realised the transit system in Prague is excellent and more frequent and could have used this to get to the places further away i.e. the Castle. If you are going to book this would do it on line if you want to pay by credit card

Don't waste your time. - The buses never arrive on time and there are not enough of them.
You can spend up to half an hour, in the sun, without a single seat to rest. There is no way to communicate with them to find out if they are coming or not.
It is expensive and no one attends to you properly or explains it to you.
The only thing that was worth it was the boat ride that is included but can be purchased separately directly at Pier 3

Disaster - Not on time buses not on good condition the suspension should be replace after 4 o’clock they disabled not to be found the blue line never appeared in main plaza very disappointed with the service

Scam! - Scammers! The sellers on the street charge 600 more than the normal price. The frequency of the buses would be every 20 minutes, in reality it is every 40 minutes or longer. To avoid!

Too long a wait - Unfortunately, a really bad experience.
No idea where and when the buses go. Always late and unfortunately their audio doesn't work on half the buses
Ended up on a bus where everyone wanted the red line. It just didn't come...
Clear need for an app where you can follow the buses.
Waited both times +20 min because the buses were late!!
Waste of time when you really want to see Prague

Bit rubbish - Pre booked the 48hour use and turned up the first morning to be told that as the marathon was running the streets there would be no buses until that afternoon and they didn’t know what time. No refund possible just told that as we had paid for 48hour tickets we could use it tomorrow.
When finally on the blue line it stopped for 15 mins in a lay-by on a dual carriageway because we were told they had to kill time before going into the city (always same apparently not that we had been especially quick) and so we say whilst the driver smiled next to the open window and have gave us all a face full of smoke. No commentary during this time when surely they could have at least taken the chance to tell us some more info about the city?
Overall I’m sure there are better tours available.

Not worth the money! - Absolutely not recommended as it is far too expensive. We had a better experience with the blue tour (we would have booked both tours for around 30 euros each) than with the red tour, which turned out to be just a simple bus ride with stuffy air and non-functioning technology (headphones). Never again!

Rip-off, simply catastrophic - Unfortunately, one star is still far too many! Wanted to get on at stop 1, not possible for hours, there is no audio guide and no headphones - only via smartphone and if everyone on the bus speaks different languages loudly... Not to mention seniors without smartphones, simply an outrageous cheek!
