Great staff, great commentary - great staff at each stop helping with the times of the next bus for instance, great commentary on the way round. Nice clean buses. Bit pricey for a family of four if I'm being completely honest.

Knock the top off of London sights - An efficient 2-3 hour overview of the top sights with good commentary. The Red Line hit the main areas of central London.

Interesting trip around the main sights in London - Good way to get a feel of what we really wanted to look at in depth. We really enjoyed the experience The staff were very friendly and polite. On the downside I thought it was quite expensive.

Great experience! - Gaudi assisted us in an amazing way! There was a problem with our ticket and she was very helpful. The tour is a wonderful way to get to know the city when you first arrive

PLENTY OF STOPS - We never had to wait long for the next bus after touring. They offer plenty of stops to tour and free earphones (chose your language) for the bus portion of the tour.

London Site Seeing Tour Audio - Good route, safe driving in a demanding traffic environment. Audio turned to stuttering and skipping half way round the route and became unintelligible.

Used it before, but not again - Very disappointing experience. We felt like money wasted. Bought the ticket at Westminster bridge, but all buses that came were full. There was no system or organisation for the people waiting. We were then taken to stop 1, where a queue was actually organised for people waiting. There were enough people to fill another bus just there waiting. After another full bus left us waiting, we finally managed to board one, only to not have air conditioning in the London heatwave. The bus then crawled along London and we just couldn't wait to get off. There were definitely too many people for the amount of buses available. You should stop selling tickets if you can't provide a decent experience to your customers. Shame, not using this again as it was such a regretful experience. Should have gone with Big Bus, whonhad many more buses and actual room in them.

Never Again - This was the worst experience of my trip. We got 7 tickets for the bus for 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 elderlies. It was a very hot day in London and first of all, all the busses were packed. We had to wait almost an hour to be able to get in a bus. We decided to never hop off, afraid that we could bever hop on again. The bus has no air conditioner, meaning we were in a sauna for more than an hour, sweating like crazy, because even the windows barely open. We finally decided to get off because my elderly mother started feeling unwell with the heat. We are from Florida, so we are used to the heat, but this was dangerously hot. We then ended up getting the underground to get where we wanted. Never again.

Complete waste of money - Complete waste of money. Bus sits in traffic the entire trip around. Misses the front of Buckingham palace and adds on some uninteresting sites to make it feel like a decent trip. We got off and walked. Really feel ripped off. You are better to walk the key sights (London isn't that big) or pick a few key sites and use the tube or bus and save £30 per person

Where's the bus? - Booked a 2 day pass including river cruise and Madame Tussauds. Never saw one of their buses, waited at various stops all over and ended up having to go by tube or taxi everywhere. I saw plenty of buses from other tour operators and was sorry I didn't book with them. I emailed to request a refund and got a snippy reply saying their website did mention some stops were out of service that day due to an event. This meant nothing to me at that time being a tourist. I will not book this company in future even if they're the only bus operators. Waste of money. Anyway the tube is a great way to get around as I found out.
