Cisternino - We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of Pugliese cuisine. In your luggage back home, you will not only carry the memory of a wonderful vacation but also the knowledge in preparing typical dishes of the region and become an ambassador of Pugliese food for hobby or business.
Our Pugliese cooking course includes the preparation of fresh pasta, meat pasta sauce, eggplant parmigiana and a delicious crostata for dessert.
The experience will end with everyone sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that we prepare together plus some appetizers that our chef will prepare for you.
The menu can be personalized or adapted to vegetarians, vegans or allergies.
The activity takes place in the home of a typical Puglia family in Cisternino.
AVAILABLE: Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 p.m. (minimum 4 people)
Sunday at 10:30 (minimum 6 people)

Worth the time. - Angela and Marianna were very welcoming and friendly. They explained each step of our cooking class. It was all delicious!

An absolute gem - We loved Angela's cooking class so much. Lots of fun, delicious food and plenty of it! Angela was a delightful and personable host. We learnt some great cooking skills and met some lovely people during the evening. Felt more like an authentic Sunday family dinner than a tourist experience.

Great cooking class! - We had a cooking class in our holiday home. We were with 5 kids age 3-11. We had an amazing experience. All the kids loved it, even the little one. The ladies were very patient and helpful.
We had a lovely diner and we even baked enough cake for the days after. 😊

Excellent experience - Highly Recommend! - I absolutely loved our day Angela and her team. We had a private lesson and had hands on experience making the food. They did the hard work and we did the fun bits! Her mother came to join in and it was beautiful to see pasta making has been in the family for generations.
Outside of the items we cooked ourselves, we got to taste other Pugliese food cooked for us. We found it difficult to say no to all the delicious food and had to cancel our dinner plans as we were still full that evening 😂
I would absolutely recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn in a small personalised class. I think you do learn from bigger classes/demos but what set this apart was the hands on experience and relaxed atmosphere.
