Discover hidden gems like the impressive Monreale Cathedral, a Norman architectural masterpiece adorned with over two tons of gold mosaics. After the tour, prepare for a delightful surprise. This afternoon, enjoy some leisure time back in Cefalù. Dinner is at your own pace.

Erice, Trapani, Marsala

Marsala - After breakfast, travel in a luxury coach along the stunning northern coastline of the Tyrrhenian Sea to Trapani. En route, visit the mountaintop town of Erice, offering breathtaking views. In the afternoon, arrive in Trapani, famous for its salt flats and the beautiful Cathedral of San Lorenzo. Later, reach Marsala and the Donna Franca, a meticulously preserved 19th-century baglio. Tonight, tour the winery and savor the region’s renowned wines during dinner at the hotel’s esteemed restaurant.

Segesta, Marsala

Caltagirone, Taormina

Taormina - Today, travel to the eastern shore of Sicily to the charming seaside town of Taormina. En route, stop in Caltagirone, famous for its Baroque ceramics. Visit the private residence of the Nobel family Pace Gravina. Giacomo, the owner, will showcase his beautiful palace and share the rich history of Sicilian nobility. Straits of Messina, Calabria, Sorrento

Sorrento - After breakfast, depart Sicily and head to Sorrento. Enjoy a ferry boat cruise across the Straits of Messina to mainland Italy. Stop in Calabria, Southern Italy, for a relaxing lunch. Later, arrive at the hotel in Sorrento, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, for a delightful dinner with music, dancing, and wine.

Isle of Capri, Sorrento

Capri - Today, transfer by boat to the renowned and beautiful island of Capri. A Wherever Tours representative at the hotel is available to offer suggestions before your transfer to maximize your day. This enchanting island, once the playground of ancient emperors, will captivate you with its charm and historical sites. Take time to shop, explore, and enjoy the stunning views. Departure

Naples - Sadly, it’s time to say “arrivederci” to Sicily and Sorrento. After breakfast, transfer from the hotel to Naples airport for your onward journey. Consider extending your stay in Sorrento for a few more nights before heading home. Just let us know.
