Additional Information

Cincinnati is the birthplace of professional baseball. This one-of-a-kind tour takes visitors to every site where the Reds competed during the 19th and 20th centuries, exploring the historical link between brewing traditions and America’s favorite sport.

We begin our journey at the Moerlein Lager House, adjacent to the Great American Ballpark and former site of Riverfront Stadium. From here, we set out by bus to the Union Grounds, home of the unbeaten 1869 Red Stockings team! We’ll also drop by Avenue Grounds, Bank Street Grounds, League Park, and Palace of the Fans – we cover all bases! Of course, Crosley Field is part of our itinerary, as well as the original Crosley Radio Factory, where Powell Crosley established his broadcasting powerhouse before becoming the owner of the Reds. A visit to the Brewery District lets us examine some of the brewing establishments linked with Reds history.

Tickets come with a commemorative map and your choice of a beer or soft drink at the Moerlein Lager House when we come back. Every adult ticket purchase qualifies for one complimentary ticket for a child aged 5 and under.

Good tour if you like Cincinnati Baseball history and beer - I took my dad for his 76th birthday. We enjoyed it very much. Our tour guide Aaron was very knowledgeable about the history and kept us entertained with quiz questions. We will definitely be back for other tours. We had a small group and a beautiful Saturday morning, finished off with a pint and a goetta sandwich. Well done.

Baseball vacation - The tour was very informative. However, the tour guides needed microphones and also needed to know the information better so they weren't reading off the written scripts. It was a great way to see the city and the beer was good at the end

Wasn't what we thought it would be. But totally our misunderstanding. - A lot of history and we had to get off the bus often. It was hot and wasn't what we thought it would be. We thought we would be able to tour their baseball park.
