It succeeded the aging Tsukiji Market in the wholesale trade and offers tourists a chance to witness the bustling market activities and enjoy dining at its expansive, modern facilities.
The vast wholesale market comprises three primary buildings: two dedicated to seafood and one for fruits and vegetables. All buildings are interconnected and linked to Shijo-mae Station via walkways.
