It is in this town, known for its culture steeped in rich history and epitomizing French lifestyle, that Mathias Mansis, a hometown boy, decided to establish his own cellar.
Having an inherent affinity for wine, he naturally ensued studies in oenology, which he later augmented with degrees in wine and spirits business. With committed learning and hands-on experience of working as a sommelier in Courchevel, he decided to carve out his individual path.
