- Aoraki/Mt. Cook - Arrive at Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park and enjoy a delightful meal at the Hermitage Hotel. Spend approximately 1.5 hours here for lunch and hiking. Walking the Tasman Glacier and taking scenic flights are highly recommended. We ensure your pick-up and drop-off needs are met, while also ensuring your comfort and care.

Cab - It was early morning pick up (3:30am) so they sent a cab for us. Thankfully the cab was right on time.

Why did we have to chase the booking? - Having not heard from the nominated taxi company 24 hours before we thought that we should be picked up, we contacted them. They had no knowledge of us or any of the reference numbers we had.
We emailed Viator and they did sort out the transfer for that day, but why did they not have things right in the first place, causing us unnecessary stress?
The taxi driver who did the transfer was excellent however.
