Lovely day trip - It was wonderful to get out into the country and tour the sheep farm. The bus drivers were very knowledgeable about the towns history.

Christchurch and Sheep farm - Jude was great tour guide. Loved the sheep farm and getting time in town to shop. It was nice that the bus was small. Would definitely recommend

Great way to see Christchurch and the surrounding farm areas - Great tour - loved visiting the sheep farm and seeing the dog herd them & then watching a sheep be sheared. Loved learning about the whole process. Kevin did a fantastic job of providing a lot of history and information as he showed us all around Christchurch as well as our stop for the famous Sheffield pies. Would highly recommend this tour

Lyttelton Cruise Excursions: Christchurch Sightseeing with Sheep Farm - Sheep farm - we enjoyed the demonstrations of herding of sheep by dogs and sheep shearing. The farmer and his wife were very engaging. We also enjoyed visiting Christchurch. The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history of Christchurch, reconstruction efforts, and the town.

We got exactly what was... - We got exactly what was advertised- a very thorough tour of the city with a significant amount of information about the impact of the earthquakes to the region. The sheep farm was great for the kids with the shearing demonstration and decrypting of the process to get the wool ready for export.

Disappointment day trip, - Most of the day trip was riding the bus, the guide had no rear speaker (should be a must ) we were not able to hear any information or what she was saying or talking , the ride to the sheep farm was 1.5 hour on way The visit itself was short and below expectations and then driving back to the ship another 1.5 hour , very poor experience

Not worth it! - Waited an hour to get started... no reason given. Driver was negative about everything... bike riders out for exercise were "idiots", government programs were "stupid", spoke negative about native animals, etc. It was tiring! Ride around town was boring. Long ride to the farm to see a 5 minute roundup of sheep and 5 minute sheep shearing. While the later was interesting, it wasn't worth the long trip and the "show" was so short. Tour company also puts two groups in one van so you end up driving to two places and waiting.... again. Driver ran a stop sign trying to get us home and almost hit a tractor trailer! WOW! I wouldn't recommend this trip

Left Us In The Lurch. - The folks running this tour cancelled it less than 24 hours in advance without sending us an email. We only found out when I checked the Viator app to determine the meeting location. They had a good reason for cancelling but the communication was quite lacking.
