Awesome Experience!! - The slides are great for kids and all family. I especially enjoyed it since I am afraid of heights. We went on a weekdat and so there are not a lot of people. Wait time is short. Great experience!!

Fun thrill rided - Fun thrill rides for kids, some of them restricted to kids 120 cm height and up, and they also have fun rides for smaller kids, too. Went with my gf and her 2 kids, they had a blast. Recommend to rent a tent for the adults to chill… we booked through a 3rd party online booking agent, as booking process on the park operators website is cumbersome imho.

Nice Park, Bad Food - Everything was good except the food and the did prices. They clearly don't know how to cook anything beyond a hot dog & fries and the small amount of nachos I bought cost 400B with more onions than one could imagine. I want allowed to bring my 1 bottle of water in but the folks next to me bought food inside.. wow I won't come here again because of the food and the pieces for the little amount you get

Unsafe and chaotic nightmare of a waterpark - Context: Aussie couple, our fourth trip to Thailand but our first time to Pattaya. I love Bangkok but feeling so-so about the whole Pattaya experience so far. Thailand isn’t as cheap as it used to be. So now the review: it starts with the grab driver taking you to the park once they realise where you are going: “do you have ticket yet? I can get you a good discount”. Eyes roll. Chaos upon arrival as I get bag and weight checked but my partner of similar size does not. Weight is an issue at this park: we checked in advance about weight limits and the website indicates a limit of 120kg. I’ve worked hard to lose weight recently and am not embarrassed to say my current weight is 110kg. But today on the scales at THIS park though: suddenly I’m fat-shamed back to 119kg! THEN the “helpful lady” who weighed me showed me a sign telling me what rides I could and couldn’t use, magically (i.e. with a texta marker) most rides had changed to less than 120kg limit. Then she took a PHOTO of me and this sign as my “contract” that I acknowledge what I can and can’t do once inside. By this time my partner had already entered the park, looking back at me wondering what the problem was, but no way out. So i’m inside and doing the best I can, some rides we are allowed on, some not. Some rides we make the mistake to not get a token first or whatever, not that there’s any clear instructions- all total chaos. By the way, when the attendants keep yelling “2!” at you, I’m pretty sure it means cross your feet. I think. Even in the lazy river. Fast-forward to later in the day when I go to use a slide where the limit (according to the texta marker, remember!) is still 120kg. The ride attendant here suddenly insists the weight limit is 100kg and I’m not allowed to go. There’s about 10 rides in total, I think I did 3 slides in total plus the lazy river. Everything seems rather cheap and the rides not the safest compared to other parks. Staff generally clueless and insufficient English skills so don’t count on them to save your kid if it’s about to drown. The whole park generally is a fairly chaotic experience. Don’t bother trying to work out the signs telling you what tubes are for what ride and where to collect the tube and where to go to ride etc. Instead just grab a tube and go. There’s one ghostbuster tower on the LH side of the park, one jumanji tower in the back. Just let the staff tell you the rest (no need to/please don’t try to think for yourself!) or more likely so, they won’t tell but then tell you off for not following some made up “rules” that are not specified anywhere and/or are actually different in writing from what gets “enforced”. Only exception/advice is to be prepared for the big ghostbuster ride which is the only real worthwhile slide in the entire park. First it opens at 11.40 or 12.00 or 1.00 depending on which sign you choose to believe. This is a big multi-seater tube/boat, maximum weight 200kg for the total tube/boat, and they check thoroughly. Thus: 1) long line at the station, 2) then weight check, 3) then trying to make a full boat (to maximise capacity per boat, which makes sense), 4) then you get a tag to wear around your neck, 5) then YOU as the guest need to take your giant tube/boat to another part of the park where an attendant takes it and sends it up the tower on a mechanism, 6) then you climb the tower, 7) give your tag to the attendant then you can finally ride. Only 7 overly complicated steps to ride fun fun fun! NOTE: don’t miss any steps, and don’t try to do it in any other order, or else chaos ensues!
