Adventure with a Heart - Had initally chatted to Tim on doing surf classes, but was unsure how my travel plans would turn out, so they suggested up going down to their hut to check out and K. Ton decided it was best to go out on a SUP tour.
Looked easy initally, but with good instruction, and with some gauging of current and wind, became a really good core workout as well.He took me around the bay and some hidden spots, and I had an awesome time chatting to Ton whilst SUP.
It was a beautiful couple of days, with hours out at sea which was relaxing yet challenging.
They also take local kids under their wing, and hope to grow the Surf and SUP community in Phuket.
The hospitality of K. Ton and Tim make it an experience that is memorable, and I am glad to have made new friends, and will definitely be back soon to learn to Surf with them. Highly reccomend that you visit them too!

A great little challenge for those looking to spice up their beach vacation - Originally signed up for the SUP Adventure tour, but opted for a more laid-back but no less fun relaxing SUP tour since the winds were too strong for a SUP beginner like me. Tom was really supportive and encouraging during my SUP lesson, and was generous in sharing about the local culture, making sure to give you tips for an authentic Thai experience. Both Tim and Tom were very down to earth, and made the entire experience very enjoyable.
Skyla's is located on the beautiful Bangtao Beach near the Catch Club, and may be a bit confusing to find if you don't live near the area. Perhaps clear signs, transportation suggestions, or even shuttle services could help with this slight downside. Overall, I would still recommend this SUP/Surfing experience with Skylas if you're in Phuket! I am definitely picking up SUP in my hometown back in Taipei after this trip. :)

This is Adventure tour! - We booked an Adventure tour for 2 person. We have never tried SUP before. Stand up on the paddle was easy and after this tour you can easily surf by yourself. The guide who was leading us explained basic elements and safety information. He provided an equipment and water during the tour. He has shown us an amazing place for snorkeling. I would love to return there in another sunny day. Besides we have visited a private beach and have made many gorgeous photos. To sum up we have a great lunch in seaview restaurant on Bangtao beach. I would recommend this tour as activity for open-minded people, who prefer both nature and sport. It's a pleasure to have your own "water transport" and paddle whatever you want.

Great way to spend a few hours! - A friend and I, plus my kids (aged 10 and 8) took the Stand-up Paddle Board adventure tour which lasted three hours. The boards are really wide and quite buoyant - so we all found them relatively easy to stand up on. Paddling took a little bit of practice, making allowances and corrections for the wind for example. We had two guides with us, so the kids were able to get a tow when they needed a break. Stopped at a deserted beach which was really peaceful, then some snorkelling and eventually back to Bang Tao beach. Arrived back feeling sun-kissed and a bit more healthy and fit than when we left! We plan to do it again!

Best place to learn Paddle board - I had a great experience paddle board.
The staff are so friendly.
Toni is a great man in the town.
Hardly recommend that everyone surfing or paddle board while in Phuket.

Great group activity and fun way to explore the Bay - We all loved our SUP tour which I organised for my sisters Hens day. It was a great group activity and they catered for all levels of ability so everyone enjoyed it! Bang Toa bay was beautiful and the SUP tour was a fun way to explore. We also enjoyed the snorkeling

AMAZING - I was in Phuket on the weekends and I thought it would be nice to have some fun apart from chilling and sunbathing by the beach.
A day before I went, I was looking for surfing school but I found this place and I messaged them to ask if I could do surfing there but unfortunately it's not the season for surfing at Phuket so instead, he recommended to do SUP then I booked SUP to try for the first time.
The beach is not far from Phuket old town, easy to find and the BEACH IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I think it's better than other beaches I have been in Phuket. The staff is really nice and helpful. He taught me how to do SUP correctly and as I did surfing before so it wasn't easy. We went outside the sea almost got the Surin Beach, the sea was beautiful, perfect weather, it was so much fun!
Highly recommend!
