Fun experience - It was a nice experience. We were with 2 other people from Canada and that was also very nice. Had a nice workshop. So we recommend him to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. ... - We had a wonderful time. Met some nice people and made great candy. the only have one thought would be is to have stools, bending over for over one hour did hurt the back.

Terrific experience in Bruges - Excellent in every way. Our chocolatier, Maria, was an excellent tutor and coach. Plus she's a sweetheart. We learned to use a lot of equipment and techniques, and we came away with a box full of shiny pieces of deliciousness, but the best thing was the two hours spent there with such creative people. And the morning ended with two of them, a couple from Wales, getting engaged!

Delicious and fun ! - This class is so fun and the truffles are delicious! It lasted about 90 mins and the truffle and hot chocolate recipes are easy and the methods well explained so it can be done at home too.

Very nice workshop - I attended the chocolate truffle making workshop with my daughter during our weekend in Bruges. It was very nice to do, great explanation received from the hostess and the results are delicious! Recommended as far as we are concerned!

Birthday truffles - This was a fun activity we booked for a family birthday. It was something we could all get our hands messy doing and enjoy the yummy product! The class was well organised with all the needed equipment and instructions. The truffle class was good for kids (rather than the more complex class) as it is a more simple and shorter lesson with an end result that you can't really get wrong.
