C. de la Encomienda, 15 - On this tour you will be able to experience the entire process of making chocolates “from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar and other products”. We begin with an introduction to unroasted cocoa, we learn about the cocoa fruit and the processes linked to the harvest and post-harvest. We also delve into the unique cacao origins we use in our urban chocolate factory. We explain the way in which we select the seeds and the roasting profiles that we have developed to get the best flavour.
Then we will see how we shell the roasted cocoa beans and the best thing: we taste them.
We then walk through the rest of the processes needed to turn roasted cocoa into chocolate.
We end our tour tasting different products developed with fine cocoa and with the possibility of buying the products.

Cocoa next door - Very very good. Among the best I have ever tried and Tsano was excellent in all aspects as a guide regarding chocolate. I would recommend anyone passing through Madrid to go to this place. You can see the passion for the product and the quality of cocoa is magnificent. If the review would allow me, I would leave 6 stars.

Interesting. - It has been a very interesting experience, you can taste both a variety of cocoa beans and chocolates. The guys who serve are super friendly, they explain with passion and ownership every detail of the products they use, the quality and production process and they transmit that passion. Incredible to realize that the chocolate we have always eaten (from well-known brands) actually has little or no cocoa. The products are very rich and healthy, nothing has sugar, chocolate bars made with cocoa in different concentrations and combinations, the best is the hazelnut cream sweetened with dates. Recommended visit.

Fabulous tour! - This tour was so much fun! We learned all about the chocolate making process and were able to try lots of samples. The chocolate was so delicious I should have brought an extra suitcase to bring more home. It is a great tour for children and adults!

scam - It seemed like a scam to me, we paid 10 euros and they didn't even ask us for the entrance fee, each person who passed by gave them chocolate, they wouldn't pay again.
Also, the guy on the tour was very unfriendly and unpleasant.

Fatal - The boy on the tour was rude and unfriendly, the tasting was very limited and with bitter chocolates and very little quantity. Very bad experience, I would not repeat or buy any of their products.
