Phenomenal day trip, Oskar was great! - Oskar was amazing. I booked the day trip super last minute. He reached out via text and was very communicative! Pick up was a breeze being right in front of the hotel. Quick drive up to Zakopane with gorgeous views along the way. Throughout the entire trip Oskar stayed in touch with each group and took us on an amazing tour!

Magical - The Zakopane mountains were so magical in December. Lots to see & a few things to do. Plenty of places to have food. You do have to pay 5 zloty to use the toilet. The thermal baths were brilliant especially the outdoor one, music pumping & pool bar.when you first go in you receive a wrist band you can pay for towels & drink with this. You pay at the end off your session. Amazing day trip throughly recommend. The only downfall was the communication with our rep, before our trip. They did change our day to the next day and they were late. My advice stick to the day you choose,

Great tour Great guide Joanna - Excellent trip a must do if in Poland great driver and guide Joanna very knowledgeable and friendly. Great cheese and vodka tasting. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and could not see the mountains. The swim up bar was excellent and the tour well organised. Would recommend.

Zakopane day trip - We went on Easter Sunday and it was one of the only tour options we were able to find going to zakopane. We were very pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the experience, we didn’t feel rushed at all and had plenty of time to explore Zakopane town and also the funicular up to the mountain, although a lot of the stalls weren’t open which we were anticipating we still really enjoyed walking around and going to the various restaurants and we strolled over to the upside down house in the town. The mountain cheese was lovely and we ended up having two shots of the polish vodka! Really enjoyed the spa too the swim up bar was enjoyable and overall was a great day out!

5* service with Lukasz - Lukasz our driver/ tour guide was very punctual, friendly and spoke very good English when telling us information & history of our trip. Would highly recommend this tour

Amazing experience, would recommend ! - The trip was amazing, the views at zakopane were incredible and the thermal baths were such an amazing experience. Our driver Łukasz was lovely and he really added to our trip making it more enjoyable.

Well organised trip, got... - Well organised trip, got to see lots of interesting things and different sides to Poland. Zakaopane is beautiful and the thermal baths were a great treat at the end of the day

Good overall experience - Booking was nice and easy with a pickup at our hotel reception however there was a slight delay. I received a message the day before our trip asking us to postpone to the next day however when I said this wasn’t an option due to other commitments they were accommodating in leaving the booking as it was. The trip itself was good fun, the “cable car” experience isn’t a standard cable car it’s more of a train service but still easy to use, I felt there was a bit too much time spent on the mountains as most things to do were for children other than eating/drinking or visiting market stalls. The thermal bath was more of a leisure centre than a relaxing experience with lots of children there. We were lucky with the group we were put with were great fun but maybe less suitable for couples that want to relax. Overall was a good experience and a nice way to see some more of Poland. Our driver Lukasz was polite and helpful, the travel was comfortable and speedy!! I would recommend going as it was good fun

Experience from Krakow to Zakopane - Zakopane is a unique experience with the view of the mountain and the quaint town. The goat cheese and wine is also an enjoyable experience. The thermal bath is less than my expectation - though large, the crowd is too big to enjoy the various pools and saunas.

Avoid – underhand, unethical and extremely poor service - We had a very negative experience booking a tour with Tours of Cracow - Doin Spolka Z O.O. (Floriańska 24, Kraków). Our booking was handled by Ewelina, and the entire experience with that company was disorganised, stressful, and extremely unprofessional. After we had already paid for the tour, the date of the trip was changed. We accepted the new date in good faith on the clear understanding that all other arrangements would remain the same. However, only around 11 hours before the trip, we were informed that the pickup time, pickup location, and drop-off location had all been changed. The original booking included pickup directly opposite our accommodation. Instead, we were suddenly told to meet at a location over a 20-minute walk away, which is a significant and unacceptable change from what was originally advertised and agreed. When we raised concerns and requested a refund, it was refused outright. Ewelina told us that her manager would not help us, yet we were never given the opportunity to speak with anyone else, which makes us strongly suspect that she may have been the manager herself. We attempted to call to resolve the situation, but our call was ignored, leaving us forced to deal with the issue through text messages late at night with only hours before we were expected to leave. At one point we were told we would be offered a discount due to the inconvenience, but this was never honoured. After this promise was made, our follow-up message was simply ignored completely. Changing key details after payment, refusing refunds, promising compensation that is never provided, and then stopping communication entirely is underhand, unethical and completely unacceptable customer service. We strongly recommend that others avoid booking with this company. Our experience was extremely frustrating and felt misleading from start to finish.
