Fly to Bharatpur airport

Bharatpur - Meet the representative who assist you to the private vehicle and drive to Kathmandu airport. Take a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Bharatpur which takes around 30 minutes.

Chitwan District - At Bharatpur airport, the local representative will pick you through their private car and drive/transfer to the hotel in Chitwan. Have a warm welcome and a lunch in the hotel.

Chitwan Tharu Village - After the lunch, meet your tour guide and walk to the Tharu village to observe their culture, lifestyle and livelihood. At evening, enjoy the sunset at the bank of Rapti river. Overnight at the hotel in Chitwan.

Chitwan National Park - You will have a Jeep Safari inside the national park. Deep down the jungle, you can observe various animals and birds species.

Chitwan District - Canoeing at Rapti river is another way to view the wildlife. You will enjoy the close up view of aquatic animals and their lifestyle.

Fly back to Kathmandu.

Chitwan District - Early morning, have a jungle walk for a bird watching. There are various birds species in the Chitwan. Return back to hotel.

Chitwan National Park is the first national park in Nepal which was established in 1973 AD. The national park lies inside the subtropical Terai region at the south central Nepal and is 97 km away from the country’s capital. The altitude of Chitwan ranges from river valleys (100m) to the Churia hills (850m) and has the tropical monsoon climate with high humidity. The ethnic groups living here are Tharu communities representing their cultures village and Tharu dance performances.

Chitwan is the home to one-horned rhinoceros and royal Bengal tiger, which are endangered and rare species in the world. Inside the park has 68 species of mammals and 543 species of birds you’d get to see in the Jeep Safari. Other than safari has the exciting canoeing at Rapti river. Overall, Chitwan National Park was renowned as UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1984.
