Nagarkot - Trek from Chisapani to Nagarkot (2155 m), a journey of about 6-7 hours. Nagarkot is situated 32 km east of Kathmandu, Nepal, in Bhaktapur. According to the 1991 Nepal census, it had a population of 3,504 and comprised 655 houses. At an elevation of 2,195 meters, it is famous for its sunrise views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, and other snow-capped peaks of eastern Nepal’s Himalayan range. Nagarkot also provides a panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley. It is an international tourist destination known for its stunning views of the Langtang range, mountain sunrises, and sunsets. Located about 7000 ft (2000 m) above sea level and 32 km from Kathmandu International Airport, Nagarkot is a renowned hill station offering breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayas, rolling hills, deep valleys, and lush pine forests in a charming rural setting. Historically, Nagarkot served as an ancient fort of the Kathmandu Valley to monitor external activities of other kingdoms. It later became a summer retreat for royals before gaining popularity as an international hill station.

Dhulikhel - Trek from Nagarkot to Dhulikhel (2010 m), a journey of approximately 5-6 hours. Dhulikhel is the administrative center of Kavrepalanchok District, Nepal. As per the 2011 Nepal census, it had a population of 14,283 people in 3,279 households. Dhulikhel is located along the B.P. Highway and Arniko Highway, which connects Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital, with Tibet’s border town of Kodari. Situated at the eastern rim of Kathmandu Valley, south of the Himalayas at 1550m above sea level, Dhulikhel is 30 km southeast of Kathmandu and 74 km southwest of Kodari. The village is home to Newars, Brahmin, Chhettri, Tamang, and Dalit communities. Dhulikhel boasts some of the best drinking water in Nepal, developed with the assistance of the German NGO, German Technical Cooperation.
