Phakding to Namche Bazaar (11283ft) Walking Distance - 10 to 12 km, Duration: 6 hours
Namche Bazaar - After enjoying breakfast at Phakding, the trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) begins. The trail follows the right bank of the Dudh Koshi River, with the majestic Thamserku towering on the opposite bank. The path leads to Bengar, then climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountains, passing through a forest to Chumoa. The trail continues with several ups and downs, crossing a stream and passing the small village of Monjo. At the Sagarmatha National Park Service, a park entrance fee is required. The trail follows a short walk along the riverbed of the V-shaped valley, where the river splits into Dudh Koshi on the right and Bhote Koshi on the left. A steep ascent to Namche Bazaar follows, offering excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m). Surrounded by mountain ranges on three sides, Namche Bazaar (3440m) serves as a central hub for food, trekking gear, and other essential goods.
Namche to Tengboche (12660ft) Walking Distance - 10 to 11 km, Duration: 5 hours
Tyangboche - After breakfast at Namche Bazaar, the journey continues to Tyangboche (3867 m). The trail proceeds, leaving a steep cliff that descends to the Dudh Kosi. This section offers panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Ama Dablam (6812m), Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m), and Tawoche (6501m). The route passes through Trashinga and Phunki Tenga before reaching Tyangboche, which provides stunning views of sunrise and sunset over Everest and Ama Dablam.
Tengboche to Dingboche (14464ft) Walking Distance - 11 to 12 km, Duration: 5 hours
Dingboche - The trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260 m) begins by descending through a rhododendron forest to Deboche. After crossing a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, the path leads to Minlinggo and enters the Imjatse Valley beneath the towering peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse, finally arriving at Dingboche.
Dingboche to Lobuche (16105ft) Walking Distance - 11 to 12 km, Duration: 5 hours
Lobuche - The journey continues from Dingboche to Lobuche, a 5.5-hour walk. The trail is gentle up to Pheriche village, offering panoramic views of Mt. Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m), and the great wall of Nuptse. Lunch is enjoyed at Dugla (4595m) before trekking to Lobuche. Overnight stay at a tea house lodge.
Lobuche to Gorakshep (16990ft) - Everest Base Camp (5364m/17594ft) and back to Gorakshep, 14 to 15 km, Duration- 8 hours
Gorakshep - After breakfast at Lobuche, the trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5140m) begins. This is the most rewarding part of the trek, with the trail winding through rocky paths and the Khumbu glacier. The views of Nuptse, Lho-La, and Khumbutse are remarkably close. After visiting Everest Base Camp, the trek returns to Gorakshep. Overnight stay at a tea house lodge.
Gorakshep - Kala Patthar (11283ft) then trek back to Pheriche (4210m/13810ft) - 13 to 14 km, Duration - 7 hours
Pheriche - The trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m) and then to Pheriche (4243m) begins early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise. From Kala Patthar, views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku, and more are visible. The Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post in Pheriche offers medical treatment from foreign volunteer doctors. Overnight stay at a tea house lodge.
Pheriche to Namche (11283) Walking Distance - 14 to 15 km, Duration- 7 hours
Namche Bazaar - The trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) takes about 4.5 hours. Along the way, traditional villages like Khumjung and Khunde are visited, including a monastery with a Yeti Scalp. Arrival at Namche Bazaar is in the late afternoon. Overnight stay at a tea house lodge.
Namche to Lukla (9184ft) Walking Distance - 18 to 19 km, Duration - 7 hours
Lukla - After breakfast at the teahouse in Namche Bazaar, the trek to Lukla begins. This marks the final day of the trek, with lunch served along the way. Upon arrival in Lukla, there is time to refresh and rest. Overnight stay at a tea house lodge.

Kathmandu - An early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu is taken. Upon arrival at TIA, representatives greet and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, a farewell dinner is served at Bhojan Griha, a traditional Nepali restaurant.
