Direct transportation service from Chiquila Port to Terminal 2 (Domestic) of Cancun Airport. Departures from Chiquila are available every day at 7:30, 9:30, 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30 hours.
All of our departures are always on schedule. (Strict 10-minute tolerance) If you miss the shuttle, there is no refund.
Holbox Shuttle will not issue refunds if you miss the shuttle due to personal reasons or delays in your flight or ferry. In such cases, we will try to accommodate you on another shuttle if available. Please note that we are not obligated to arrange alternative transportation for your party if you miss your shuttle.
Our Holbox Shuttle is a non-stop, two-hour drive from Chiquila to Cancun Airport, TERMINAL NUMBER 2 DOMESTIC (Ferry tickets are not included in your Holbox Shuttle fee). We recommend using the restroom before boarding.
Ferries to Holbox Island typically depart every hour, but water taxis (small boats) are also available for hire at the port of Chiquila.

We depart in front of Sardina Enamorada Restaurant in Chiquila.
Keep your boarding tickets handy, as you will need them to identify your party when boarding our shuttle to the port of Chiquila. Your ticket is only valid for the reserved time and date.

Our Holbox Shuttle fare includes only the direct, non-stop shared transportation service from Cancun Airport to the port of Chiquila or vice versa at the specified time and date, whichever applies to your reservation.
What’s not included in your Holbox Shuttle fare?
Tips or gratuities for our operators, food or beverages of any kind, or anything not specified are not included in your fare.
Luggage and Carry-on Bags
Our transportation shuttle is equipped for your comfort. Your reservation includes one 25-kilogram piece of regular luggage. If you require extra space, please let us know immediately.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
