A Very Bad Experience - This company left my wife and I waiting in our hotel lobby for an hour and a half. They wouldn't answer the what's app number they gave us when we tried contacting them. The only reason we ended up seeing 3/4 of the tour is because the hotel staff at Sonesta Hotel called the main office in Lima and explained to them what was happening. The company sent a cab to pick us up and race us to Chincheros but by that time we had already missed a quarter of the tour. The tour guide, Roy actually said to us, "it wasn't my fault" and "you know, we waited 20 minutes for you". Like it was our fault. The whole day the tour guide was rushing to get to the next stop. In the van, he would announce where we were off to next and say "see you in an hour and half" and would proceed to watch YouTube videos and play games on his phone. The van was very uncomfortable and extremely hot. We asked the driver for air conditioning, he turned it on for us but 10 minutes later we watched the guide flip it back off, looked at the driver and laughed. Roy, the guide, speaks very poor English and speaks very fast. So, we really didn't understand what we were seeing and our questions were not able to be answered. We still haven't received an apology or reimbursement of any kind for them forgetting about us and making us miss a quarter of our tour. Do not use these guys, they really don't seem to care about the tourists they're "guiding".
