The best tour of our trip - The tour is incredible. The landscapes in the snow are exceptional and exceed any expectations. It's not a place with many tourists so the photos are always great. The day we went, we were the only group going up. The walk doesn't require that much effort (as we went in the snow it's a little harder, but it's still an easy stretch to access). Our guide, Andrés, knew absolutely everything about the region and taught us a lot about the places we visited and about all of Chile.

Invigorating Chilean Hot Springs Experience - During our trip to Chile, my wife and I had the incredible opportunity to visit natural hot springs, and it was an invigorating and unforgettable experience that combined natural beauty with a feeling of deep relaxation. Natural Wonder: Chile's hot springs are true natural wonders. These pools of hot water emerge from underground, heated by volcanic activity. Hot water springs from the depths of the volcanoes and joins the porous rocks, creating a unique and fascinating scene. This natural movement causes an effect similar to that of a pressure cooker, resulting in a thermal bath experience that is both exhilarating and relaxing. Stunning Scenery: Hot springs are situated in stunning landscapes, often surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation. The contrast between the warm waters and the fresh mountain air creates a magical atmosphere. The rock formations around the pools add a rustic, natural feel, making you feel truly immersed in nature. Each hot spring offers spectacular views that contribute to the feeling of tranquility and well-being. Relaxing Effect: Soaking in the hot waters of the hot springs was an incredibly relaxing experience. The water temperature is perfect for relieving muscle tension and providing a feeling of comfort and relaxation. We spent hours enjoying the different pools, each with its own temperature and characteristics. It was wonderful to feel the warm, bubbling water all around us, while hearing the soothing sounds of nature all around us. Health Benefits: In addition to relaxation, hot springs are known for their therapeutic benefits. Mineral-rich waters help improve circulation, relieve muscle and joint pain and promote a general feeling of well-being. We left the pools feeling refreshed and energized, ready to continue exploring the beauty of Chile. Access and Structure: The hot springs are well-maintained and accessible, with well-equipped changing and rest areas. The facilities are clean and well maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors. The staff on site were friendly and helpful, providing information about the properties of the waters and ensuring our visit was enjoyable. In summary: Our experience at Chile's hot springs was unforgettable. The combination of stunning scenery, warm, relaxing waters and health benefits made this activity one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend everyone to visit these natural wonders for an experience of deep relaxation and connection with nature. Chile's hot springs are a hidden gem that provide moments of peace and revitalization.

Best tour from Santiago - We had a group of 3 with an amazing tour guide who was super knowledgeable about the area. This was my favourite tour from Santiago. The Andes were beautiful and the hotsprings had many temperature options. The snacks and wine at the end were the perfect finish.

Best tour I took! - Wonderful tour, Francisco and Joaquim were great driving. They accompanied us without rushing and in the end the place was beautiful. For those who are out of shape, the most challenging part is getting to the first break. After there it is much calmer all the way!

Best tour from Santiago. - It's worth setting aside a day when visiting Santiago to do this walk. The experience of walking through the Andes is unforgettable. The guides are very attentive and concerned about safety as they have no experience, as was the case with the people who were with me. The guide also provides numerous explanations about the geology and geography of the place. GREAT!

4k hike to the volcano and hot springs - Our trip to the volcano and hot springs was amazing. From breakfast overlooking the mountains to the short hike to the stream with lunch included, to the soak in the natural mineral springs and wine after, it was all spectacular! The highlight of the trip was our guide Francisco! He was knowledgeable about all the small villages, people, history and wildlife. He was funny and entertaining. Rarely have we taken a tour where the guide checked all the boxes! Great job Francisco!!

Definitely worth it! - This full day tour was a great way to escape the city and get out to the mountains! While the drive was rather long, it is well worth it. There is a shortish hike to a mountain stream - it is rather steep in some places but our awesome guide and driver (Jesus and Philippe) brought us hiking poles! We took plenty of rests on the way, and were told about the history and geology of the area. Next we drove a little further up the mountain road to the hot springs, which was a really cool thing to get to do. There are multiple pools with increasing temperatures, and you go from coolest to hottest and then take a cold shower to end. I highly recommend this unique experience (unique if you live in the mid-west of the US like I do!) Jesus and Philippe brought sandwiches for us - accommodating a variety of dietary needs - and a surprise snack for after the hot springs! I booked this on a whim and am pleased with the value and dedication of our guides.

Perfect day trip - Really enjoyed the beautiful nature and relaxing in the hot springs. Was a perfect day trip to relax after an intense work trip. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable - he shared many interesting facts about the geology, species native to the area and local culture. Stopping at a scenic spot for wine and snacks was very nice. Very impressed with how good the sandwich we were given was and the van we were transported in was very comfortable.

Best Tour - The Volcano hike and hot springs tour was memorable! Gonzalo and Francisco were so helpful during the hike in the snow. The views from up top were majestic! The hot springs was the perfect way to end the trip. What made this extra special, was we had the best small group that ended up feeling like a family. We got to know each other well on the ride back to the city.
