Amazing! - Had a wonderful information and fun packed day. First stop was lunch with the Mayans, then an inclusive tour of the Chichen Itza grounds and a refreshing swim in the Cenote to cool off. Topped off by visiting the magical city of Valladolid. Our guide, Tomás did an amazing job of bringing the whole experience to life and our driver got us there and back safely!

Fantastic. Long Day, not for everyone - This tour was outstanding. Our guide Eloy was so knowledgeable about the Mayan culture. He was fantastic and you can really tell he loves what he does. It is a very long day, we really covered alot of ground. We were picked up in Tulum at the Super Aki in the downtown area, then transferred in Playa del Carmen on to a bus. It is about a 2 hour trip to Chichen Itza. Here’s my advice: Be patient, it’s a long day. Bring sunscreen, a hat , I was so glad I brought my beach cover up to over my shoulders. I put some water on it, and put over my head to keep me cool. That sun hits hard! And I live in Florida! Bring a change of clothes for after the Cenote tour. Bring water shoes! The stairs at Suy Tun were a bit steep and wet. If you have physical disabilities,I would not recommend this. I saw some poor old lady struggling up the stairs. We were able to spend an hour in each Cenote, which I was ok with, but if you feel like you would want more time swimming, I would do a separate Cenote tour. The lunch buffet at Suy Tun was very delicious. After the Cenotes, we spent about 30 minutes in the city of Vallodolid. We got some churros & elotes, hit up a Farmacia for some products and then we were on our way back. I did start to lose my patience towards the end of the trip because if all of the hotel drop offs. We were staying in Tulum, so I didn’t understand why we couldn’t be dropped off first, instead of circling all the way back to Playa del Carmen. That was really my only issue, otherwise this tour was pretty fabulous! Thanks Elloy for your hospitality! 🤗

Lack of time to visit Chichen Itza - Quite expensive for this tour, it was impossible to visit properly Chichen Itza in 1h30....so we had to made choices and we had to visit by ourselves the archeological site. Otherwise, the guide was gentle and we had sufficient time for the 2 cenotes.

Excellent Tour for Spanish Speakers. - Great tour for those who understand Spanish. The sites visited on this tour are fantastic and worth seeing. Even though the description says English, most of the dialog from the guide on the bus was in Spanish, with just a few sentences here and there in English. At one point the only guide who spoke English left the bus and the instructions for the next stop were given in English only. We got off not knowing what we were supposed to do or when we should get back. The guides were very nice, but it's tough when you can't communicate with each other. I started and ended the tour in Tulum, and can say my tour dropped Tulum off first, which is on the way and then headed to Cancun. This is an improvement over what a previous reviewer stated, saving hours of driving.

Unorganized - Bus was late picking us up 2 hours. Was left in pouring rain at local corner store. No one knew what was going on. Was supposed to see Chichén Itza first but went Il kil cenote first so by time we went to see Chichén Itza we were already wet. Get thier supposed to have English tour but was in Spanish couldn’t understand so we left and toured around ourselves. Supposed to be lent an umbrella as it was raining but never got one. Made it to the the colonial city Valladolid but was already dark so couldn’t see anything or worth taking pictures. By time we got back and made our way back to riviera Maya the driver was driving like a lunatic in a rain storm texting at same time. Did not feel safe at all. This was supposed to be a VIP tour? To top it off I cancelled another trip 1 week prior and was charged for a second trip I didn’t even go on
