We will also explore the beauty of the Feathered Serpent, the largest Ball Court in Mesoamerica and the Observatory of the Snail, where the ancient Maya made astronomic calculations with an unbelievable accuracy. We’ll wander through the infamous and mysterious Sacred Cenote where beautifully dressed maidens were sacrificed to Chaac, God of the Rain. Great Trip - I just returned from Merida. I found Yucatán Concierge online and planned my trip with Daniela. I never really feel safe planning online so I ask a lot of questions. Daniela patiently answered them and gave her own great suggestions which I ended up taking. We not only did this tour but also did a day at Celestun with beach, flamingos and boat ride through mangrove forest which was so great. They also did all our transfers. David our guide was knowledgeable and kind. Edgar our driver made us feel well taken care of. Daniela was always available for questions and reservations. It was an amazing trip and I highly recommend that you use them!!!

Excellent company - See my review for Chichen Itza specifically.
But just wanted to reiterate that this was a great company to hire for tours in the Yucatán.
Even though there was only two of us we ended up picked up in a nice Mercedes van. The sort of long drive was very comfortable. They managed to find us a place open early to stop for coffee.
Entry to the site was very easy— our guide navigated the crazy crowds very quickly and we just stood off to the side — it was great. Our guide in general was amazing—Friendly and knowledgeable.
Other note: Yucatán Concierge’s coordinator was very responsive and easy to reach through emails.
Highly highly recommend.
It is a bit expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.
