Chichen itza amd Saamal Cenote tour - We were blessed to have to Pack be our tour guide for the day. His personality, tremendous knowledge and family atmosphere was a oleasure to spend the day with. We learned so much! He looked out for everyone in our group. He even ran back down thr stairs in the cenote to retrieve some sandals. I would highly recommend Paco for any of your family excursions! Can't get any better!!!
THANK YOU PACO! YOU'RE FAMILY NOW!

Thank you Paco - PACO IS THE BEST! He loves his job and he's excellent at his profession. We had a private group tour of Chichenitza, senote, and historical city. We all ended the wonderful day in agreement that Paco was the best. He had so many wonderful details about the ruins and the birds and history... he went above and beyond. Kay tours made sure we had no hiccups. They allowed us to choose our senate. They had prepared food for our snacks. They even bought me orange Fanta! I would 100% recommend this tour company. We've done dozens of tours over the years. We've never felt so pamper as we did with Kay Tours.

Magical - This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our guide, Jessica, was exactly the type of person you want on this kind of tour. Full of enthusiasm, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, fun and very attentive. Our driver Carl was also wonderful.
I'd highly recommend this as a much better way to experience Chichen Itza, a beautiful Cenote, and Valladolid. With all the hidden fees and other things you have to pay for the cheaper tours, this is completely worth the little extra money. Everything, and I do mean everything is covered, so you don't have any stress during the trip about what to do.

Fantastic tour!! - We did the private Chichen Itza tour and it was absolutely fantastic! Angel was our guide and he was phenomenal! The benefits of the private tour are that you arrive before the big tour groups so the crowds are much smaller. Also with this tour, everything is taken care of, Angel took care of our tickets and arranging everything, so we didn’t have to think about a thing. He offered to stop for coffee along the way which we happily took him up on. At Chichen Itza, we enjoyed getting to hear all about the Mayans and the history of Chichen Itza from Angel. He was very knowledgeable and had a binder of pictures and other things to show us to go along with what he was telling us. We were able to go at our own pace and wrap the tour up a little sooner when it got a bit too hot, which we were grateful for. The next stop was the cenote, which was the highlight of the trip for us. There was only one other couple when we arrived who left shortly after and then we had the cenote to ourselves the rest of the time. Angel gave us his go pro to take pictures in the cenote and we had a great time cooling off in the water. Then it was time for lunch, and the buffet was incredible. Best food we had in Mexico! Afterwards, we made a short stop in Valladolid where we walked around and took a few photos. Angel was an incredible guide, and went out of his way to make it a great experience for us. I cannot recommend this tour enough, it is absolutely worth it!

One of a kind experience - Adrian was great! He is super knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. We had an amazing time touring the ruins and learned a lot. The Cenote afterwards was gorgeous and refreshing. Lunch was a slection of delicious traditional Mayan food buffet with a huge range of choices. We knew we made the right choice booking a private tour when we saw large groups that probably couldn't hear the guide and were shuffling around like cattle. I highly recommend going this route instead.

Private Chichen Itza tour - We absolutely loved the experience of the private tour to Chichen Itza with a delicious lunch and two cenotes. Our guide, Claudia, as well as our driver were excellent! We learned so much about the Mayan culture. It was luxurious to move through the day at our own pace. Would highly recommend this! Booking was so easy - wonderful customer experience throughout the entire process.

Great trips - We used Kay tours to provide several tours and transportation for us during our trip and they were consistently excellent.
Firstly we did a private trip to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam with cenote swim and Yucatán buffet lunch. Our guide was Yolo. A fab day- do not miss Ek Balam! It’s such an interesting, atmospheric and quiet site and you still climb there. Arriving at Chichen Itza for 8.15am meant it wasn’t too hot or busy which was also great.
We used Kay to provide transport between our 2 hotels and also to Xplor park- all good.
Finally we did a trip with Eddie to Tulum and then the 4 cenotes with lunch at Tankah Eco park. We did zip lines and canoeing here too. Fab day.

Wonderful day seeing amazing sights - Chichen Itza and the Cenotes are well worth the trip! Very fun experience for everyone and our tour guide was very informative and fun to be around. We learned a lot and got to see everything. We set the pace of the day and enjoyed everything with no rush to move on or stay together as a giant group. Completely recommend doing a private tour if you are able! Our guide even took photos of our group at the Cenotes since we couldn’t bring our phones down with us. Valladolid was a nice community and we liked seeing the church and community square but it was a long day so we didn’t spend much time there are we were already tired by then. It was a long day from our hotel- 3 1/4 hours each way but well worth it.
