I booked the option to... - I booked the option to include the hotel pickup from the Cancun Hotel Zone. I did this to avoid having to rent a car. I was picked up in a bus that had air conditioning, trays, USB chargers at every seat, and closable storage above every seat where you can safely store your belongings similarly to what a plane has. The bus also included a restroom. I am grateful for this because this option requires a lot of travel time in the bus as you visit each location. The travel time was well worth it because the views were breathtaking. Cenote Ik Kil and Cenote Suytun were beautiful and the water was refreshing. Bringing a waterproof phone case is highly recommended because you won't want to miss out on capturing these views. Free life jackets were included at both cenotes. Free lockers were provided only at cenote Ik Kil. At cenote Suytun, our belongings stayed on the bus and we brought down only what we needed. Both cenotes had life guards there to manage the area. The lifeguards were friendly and would often take pictures for the visitors. Chichen Itza was iconic and the tour guide gave knowledgeable info on the pyramid and it's history. The buffet was good and had a wide variety of options. There is a coffee/ice cream shop outside of the buffet area. It is not included in the tour so it cost extra. I got the mocha Frappuccino and it hit the spot. It was like an ice cream shake coffee drink. My tour guides were George and Beto. They were both very friendly and did an wonderful job managing the tour. I'm happy I got to experience this tour.

Amazing Day tour to Chichen Itza, Cenote Swim, transport and lunch. - I booked through Viator. We paid $34 each which included a whole day transportation to Chichen Itza, Cenote swim, lunch, Mayan Village visit and a quick tequila Tasting. Our Tour Guide Rafa Rafa was excellent as he was very passionate about the Mayan culture and showed great respect, humour and was very entertaining and accommodating. Absolute value for money!

A magical day full of culture, nature, and charm! - This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Mexico! Starting with Chichén Itzá, the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and brought the ancient Mayan history to life — it felt like stepping back in time. Then, swimming in the cenote was absolutely breathtaking — a surreal experience surrounded by crystal-clear water and natural beauty. Finally, Valladolid was such a charming surprise! The colorful streets, colonial architecture, and laid-back vibe made it the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this tour if you want to experience the best mix of culture, adventure, and authentic Mexican beauty.

Beautiful cenotes and amazing ruins! - We waited a while to take the emblematic photo in these cenotes but it was totally worth it and gave us time to swim! The landscapes in the ruins are amazing.

Convenient way to hit the hot spots! - Experiencing the cenotes and Chichen Itza was amazing and worth every penny! Our guide Hector was very engaging and explained things well. However, the schedule was different than the itinerary- different order of events and less time everywhere. If you are going from Tulum expect to add 2 hrs to your trip. Overall worth the trip to see the amazing sites!

Well managed and organized - My guides Josue and Adonis were funny, professional and helpful. The tour is timely managed. We got picked up in Playa Del Carmen meeting point near our hotel at 7:50am to another meeting point in Playa. It was fast. At 8:15am we were on the bus going to Cenote Suytun. The breakfast sandwich was very good. They provided complementary water, beers and other drinks multiple times during the day. We spent 1 hour in cenote Suytun though I wish it could be 30min more. Then we went to the lunch place. We still had to wait like 45min in the lunch area because of the marketing demonstation. Lunch was just ok. We then went to Chichen Itza, Ikkil and Valladolid. The time allowed in these 3 locations was perfect. We got back to our meeting point around 9pm. The only downside of this tour is my guides spoke Spanish 90% of the time, they would use English here and there for like 1,2 sentences between Spanish but they spoke fast. It was hard for us to understand.
