Chichen Itzá Tour with AutisticSon - Yesterday our family took a once in a lifetime trip to explore Chichen Itza. We chose Absolute Adventure because we wanted a more private and flexible tour. They “absolutely” delivered! We appreciated that we had a separate driver (Enrique) and guide (Eddy). While Eddy discussed the days events and answered our many questions, Enrique focused on driving. The actual tour of Chichen Itza was amazing! Eddy did an excellent job of explaining the significance of the various structures. Our lunch in Valladolid was delicious and a special treat! We are traveling with our son who has autism. We informed Absolute Adventure of this when we scheduled our tour. Eddie was the perfect guide! He was so kind and patient with our son! He brought some items to help with our son. Our son used his neck fan. It kept him cool, plus the white noise hum of the fan helped our son’s stress in crowds. 110% recommend Absolute Adventure!! Ask for Enrique and Eddy!!!

Fantastic day out - Did the private tour to Chichén Itza, cenote and lunch in Valladolid as a family of 12.
JJ was our guide and was so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He told us all about the history of the Mayan and Aztec cultures which was what we wanted (not just a photo opportunity visit). We were 8 adults and 4 children and he engaged with us all and made the tour so much fun. A real asset to the company and a great, well run trip all round. Would definitely recommend.

Highlight of our trip! - The highlight of our trip!
Our guide was Eddy, and he was perfect. Friendly, professional, and just so well informed! He answered a million questions with a smile, and chatted through everything with us. Chichen Itza was really brought to life by him, and we had an amazing time. He was also very free with cultural insights about Mexican life both past and present. Thank you Eddy!
Our driver was Omar, and he was also excellent on a long drive! Always ready to greet us with a smile and a iced bottle of water!
This was our first time using Absolute Adventure, but everything was perfect. Communication, timing, payment, all done perfectly!
We will see you all again next time for sure!!

Loved this tour! - Excellent trip. Communication both before and during the trip was exceptional. Guide picked us up right on time and was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. We loved this private tour! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend - So pleased we opted for the private tour rather than going along with other travelers. Picked our group of 4 up on time from our hotel. Great communication throughout the booking process. Christina was our guide for the day along with George our driver. Both great at their jobs. Early entrance into chichen itza before the crowds was a great recommendation by the tour. Also entrance into an amazing Cénote before the rush so a great experience. Then Christina took us to a traditional Mayan restaurant and explained all the dishes so nice to try something from the region. Finished off with a look around Valladolid town before heading back to our hotel. Great memories made possible by this excellent tour.

Mexico Lindo - Cristina is a mover and a shaker, she gets things done! What a power house! She has so much love for her country and so much knowledge. If you google “Mexico” her name will appear, lol! She’s amazing. Very impressed.

Chichén Itzá and vallalodid extravaganzaaa! - Cristina has the energy of an energizer bunny. She is so knowledgeable and she is always in the moment with her clients, very attentive and passionately about what she does. I’m so impressed with her as a person and as a tour guide. She has a beautiful heart and genuinely cares about her clients. I lovingly care her Dora the explorer, she is the coolest of the cool!

Chichen Itza Tour - Arturo was a great guide. He was very informative and efficient. We able to show up early, beat the crowd, get great pictures, learn as much as we wanted, and he had a great attitude.

Super well organised and Dulce (our guide) was amazing! - Dulce was extremely nice with us: she even spoke to us in Italian even though the tour was booked in English!
Everything was well organised. They answered to our questions on WhatsApp in real time and were very clear and transparent. It was amazing to arrive to chichen itza before the doors even opened, avoiding the heat and the long queues. The explanations were complete and interesting. The lunch was good. I just wish they gave us a guided tour in Valladolid as well instead of leaving us free to walk around, but apart from this little suggestion everything else was perfect!

Wonderful Wonder of the World Experience - We had a great time on our tour. Eduardo was an amazing guide, was very patient with our little kids, and he tailored the experience to what we could handle as a family. The booking process was easy and straight forward. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.
