Realistic and honest review - Transport comfortable with toilet on board. Tour guides very knowledgeable and helpful. Cenote was the best experience - you must swim! Very long day so be prepared. Take some snacks if not signed up for the all inclusive. Not allowed to take own water in to the buffet - sure thats a HRA violation or something :) None of the goods were hand made but I knew that was just a sell point beforehand anyway. Don't be pressured in to buying goods as not worth the price tags and you will see them everywhere in Cancun and likely cheaper. Valladolid was a waste of time and added extra time to the journey. Would have preferred to stop there in the square but directed to the toilets (aka but something in the shop) so take note.
