Chichen itzu express tour - Captain Roger and guide Freddy were wonderful. Full of knowledge and made the tour a great experience. Transportation was great and the meal was authentic.

BEST TOUR EVER - Roger was a very safe driver, he did not speed and drove smooth. Freddy was very informative and knowledgeable about the chichenitza site. Your was great got to Lear a lot and take some fantastic picture. Local food was amazing and shops were cute.

Knowledgeable, Comfortable and Muy Rico! - Excellent, full day with Luis and Falcon. They were focused on comfort, information and communication. I was very impressed by the thorough content presented by Luis- from geology to astronomy to philosophy to linguistics- he had a clear handle on his subject and did the utmost to convey the significance of Chichen Itza. At the site, he made a concerted effort to make sure we all knew where to meet and how to exit. This prepared us well for our free time. I was pleased with of the information he gave us as we explored and appreciated the free time to go look around myself. I think we had about an hour to look around ourselves, and that was relaxing and valuable. I liked how early the tour was, as it was just a little cooler and a little less crowded for every minute earlier we arrived, and that matters at a place like that! I knew lunch was included, but I was blown away by our time at the restaurant in Vallalodid. The town is charming and the chicken pibil was amazing, as was the attached shop. It was easy to book a tour from my resort, and I really appreciated the opportunity to leave my lodgings, accompanied by really knowledgeable and friendly guides.

Good service - Eveything is nice including the food. Josue is friendly and attentive. Would recommend to my friends next time to Cancun.

Express but not what we were sold - The express was nice but the van was cramped. Not enough room for taller people. Spent a lot of time at vendors instead of showing the ruins. Time could have been managed better. When I booked I was told 45 min tour and then 45 mins on your own. That was not the case and our guide did not show us all the ruins but mange’s to take us to several vendors. Almost like the were getting kick backs to bring people over. Lunch was in a nice small area. Not really a restaurant. For the price not sure I could recommend this tour to others.
